Configure payment

In this step, you will define the payment methods available in the marketplace shopping cart, as well as the payment gateway that will be used to process transactions.

Instructions

  1. Go to the Marketplace > Configuration

  2. Click on the Payment tab

  3. In the Payment methods field, select one or more options to offer to users

    1. Credit card: payment in full or in installments with instant approval

      1. Activate the Enable option if you want to allow users to pay for their purchase in installments using a credit card

      2. Fill in the additional fields:

        1. In the Number of installments field, enter the maximum number of times the purchase can be paid in installments

        2. In the Monthly interest rate (%) field, enter the interest rate applied per installment, if any

    2. Pix: payment in full via Pix key, automatically generated at the end of the purchase, with instant approval

    3. Bank slip: payment in full via bank slip, with a clearing period of up to 3 business days

  4. In the Description after purchase field, enter a message that will be displayed to the user after the order is completed

Example:

Your payment has been successfully registered! You will receive a confirmation email shortly.

  1. In Payment method, select the payment gateway that will be used to process transactions

    1. Cielo: activate the Enable option and enter the credentials requested for the connection

    2. Asaas: activate the Enable option and enter the credentials requested for the connection

  2. Click on the Save button
