Create, edit or delete in-person/synchronous training

In-person trainings are those in which the content is taught face-to-face or synchronously.

By registering them on the platform, you can configure the student attendance list, apply the satisfaction survey online and allow students to download the certificate after completing the training.

Instructions

To register in-person/synchronous training, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Trainings on the main menu

  2. Click on the In Person/Synchronous submenu

On the next screen, you can view the list of registered in-person/synchronous training, with the code, name of the training, instructor in charge, and the date and time when the in-person/synchronous training will or was conducted.

  1. Click on the To Register button icon located in the upper right corner (first icon)

  2. Fill out the required fields, as instructed below:

In-person/synchronous training (mandatory)

Enter the title of the in-person/synchronous training.

Link to a training

Select the online/asynchronous training you wish to link to the in-person/synchronous training. This option can be applicable, for example, 1. in cases of in-person/synchronous training that are conducted in a hybrid manner, where a part takes place face-to-face and another part takes place on the platform, or 2. when the training takes place face-to-face, but the assessment will be conducted on the platform.

Instructor 

Select the person responsible for the training.

Start/end Date (mandatory)

Enter the date when the in-person/synchronous training will take place.

Start/end Time (mandatory)

Enter the time when the in-person/synchronous training will take place.

Type (mandatory)

Select the type of training, whether in-person/synchronous or online/asynchronous.

If the In Person/Synchronous option is selected, fill in the Local field the place where the training will take place.

If the Online/Asynchronous option is selected, fill in the field Link the link where the training will take place.

Number of Participants (mandatory)

Enter the number of people who will participate in the in-person/synchronous training.

When a training reaches the maximum number of places configured, the system automatically creates a waiting list for students who still wish to enroll.

When making the request, the student is informed that their registration has been forwarded to this queue. It is up to the administrator to review pending requests and approve or disapprove them, as instructed in Approve or disapprove students on the waiting list for in-person/synchronous training.

Hourly Load Certification

Enter the duration that will appear on the certificate.

Hourly Load

Enter the same duration entered in the Hourly Load Certification field. It serves for reports, therefore, to calculate the total hours of consumption of the content, considering, for example: duration of the video, reading time of some written material, etc.

Description

Enter a brief summary of what will be covered in the in-person/synchronous training.

Profile (mandatory)

Select the profile(s) of the students.

Category

Select the categories you want to link to the training. They must be previously configured.

Certification

Upload the image of the personalized certificate for the in-person/synchronous training, respecting the accepted formats.

If the image is not uploaded, the standard certificate of the platform will be used.

To insert the image of the personalized certificate after creating the training registration, go to Insert certificate for in-person/synchronous training.

Activation

Select the Enabled option so that, when the training registration is completed, it will be possible to enroll students in it, or Disabled so that, when the training registration is completed, it will not be possible to enroll students in it.

  1. Click Save to register the in-person/synchronous training registration


To register multiple in-person/synchronous trainings, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the In Person/Synchronous submenu

  3. Click on the Import In-person/synchronous training button icon located in the upper right corner

  4. Click on the Download CSV template button to download the template spreadsheet

  5. Open the downloaded file

  6. Fill in the columns with the information, as instructed below:

In-person training name (mandatory)

Enter the title of the in-person/synchronous training.

Training ID (mandatory)

Enter the ID of the online/asynchronous training you do you want to link to the in-person/synchronous training.

To check the training ID, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Online/Asynchronous submenu

  3. Search for the desired training in the search bar

The training ID is the number displayed in the ID column.

In-person course ID (mandatory)

Enter the ID of the in-person/synchronous training course to be linked, if any.

If this feature is not available in your environment, leave the field blank.

To check the course ID, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the In-person/Synchronous Course submenu

  3. Search for the desired course in the search bar

The course ID is the number displayed in the ID column.

Start date

Enter the start date of the in-person/synchronous training, if desired, in the following format:

28/12/2025.

Start time

Enter the start hour of the in-person/synchronous training, if desired, in the following format:

14:00:00.

End date

Enter the end date of the in-person/synchronous training, if desired, in the following format:

29/12/2025.

End time

Enter the start hour of the in-person/synchronous training, if desired, in the following format:

18:00:00.

In-person training type

Enter the type of training, whether in-person/synchronous or online/asynchronous, if desired, as follows:

  • 0 for in-person/synchronous

  • 1 for online/asynchronous

In-person training location

If the training is in-person/synchronous, enter the location where the training will take place, if desired.

If the training is online/asynchronous, enter the link where the training will take place, if desired.

Number of participants (mandatory)

Enter the number of people who will be able to participate in the in-person/synchronous training.

instructor

Enter the ID of the instructor (the person responsible for the training), if desired.

To check the instructor ID, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Administration in the main menu

  2. Click on the Instructors submenu

  3. Search for the desired instructor in the search bar

The instructor ID is the number displayed in the ID column.

Required hours for certificate

Enter the duration that will appear on the certificate, if desired, in the following format:

1 hour and 30 minutes.

Workload hours

Enter the duration, if desired, in the following format:

01:30:00.

Description

Enter a brief summary of what will be covered in the in-person/synchronous training, if desired.

Profiles

Enter the ID of the profiles of students who will be able to enroll, if desired, separating them with commas.

To check the profile ID, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Students in the main menu

  2. Click on the Profile submenu

  3. Search for the desired profile in the search bar

The profile ID is the number displayed in the ID column.

Companies

Enter the ID of the companies that will be able to enroll, if desired, separating them with commas.

To check the company ID, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Company in the main menu

  2. Search for the desired company in the search bar

The company ID is the number displayed in the ID column.

Approval average

Enter the minimum score required for the student to pass, if desired.

Category

Enter the ID of the categories to be linked, if desired, separating them with commas.

To check the category ID, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Settings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Categories submenu

  3. Search for the desired category in the search bar

The category ID is the number displayed in the ID column.

  1. Save the spreadsheet on your computer

  2. Return to the platform

  3. Click on the Import CSV button

  4. Locate and select the file

  5. Link the spreadsheet columns to the corresponding fields on the platform if the names or order are different

Example

If the training title column in your spreadsheet is named Title, link this column to the In-person training name field.

  1. Select which columns should be included in the registration

  2. Click on Submit on the platform to perform the import

On the next screen, you will be able to view the report of the training registrations imported via spreadsheet.

If the registration was successfully completed, an ID will be generated for each registration made.

If there was an error with the registration, the error and the reason for the error will be reported.


To edit the registration or delete a training, locate it on the list, click on the Select option, click on the To Change option, and the screen will open:

  • To edit, change the desired fields and click Save.

  • To delete, click on the 🗑 icon located in the upper right corner.
