Configure pop-up

In times of campaigns or when you need to communicate an important announcement, you can notify the user via pop-ups as soon as they log in to the platform.


To register a pop-up, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Settings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Popup submenu

On the next screen, you can view the list of registered popups and whether they are enabled or not.

Only 1 popup can be enabled at a time.

  1. Click on the To Register button icon located in the upper right corner

  2. Fill in the desired fields, the mandatory ones being identified with asterisks (*)

In the Type field, depending on the selected option, new fields will be enabled for completion.

  1. Click Save to register the popup

If the option Image has been selected in the Type field, locate the popup in the list, click on the Select option, click on the Cover option and upload the image.

To edit the registration or delete a pop-up, locate it in the list, click on the Select option, click on the To Change option and on the screen that opens:

  • To edit, change the desired fields and click Save.

  • To delete, click on the 🗑 icon located in the upper right corner.
