Create, edit or delete department

The department refers to the sector in which the student is assigned in the company. Registering departments and linking the student to one of them is optional.

To register departments via integration, go to Create, edit or delete students via integration.

Instructions

To register a department, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Students in the main menu

  2. Click on the Department submenu

  3. Click on the To Register button icon located in the top right corner

  4. In the Department field, fill in the department name

  5. In the Mandatory training and Desirable training fields, select the trainings that will be part of the department's matrix, if desired

If the student is registered on the platform with a department that has pre-configured trainings, they will automatically be enrolled in these trainings.

  1. Click on Save to register the department


To edit the registration or delete a department, locate it in the list, click on the Select option, click on the To Change option and on the screen that opens:

  • To edit, change the desired fields and click Save.

  • To delete, click on the 🗑 icon located in the upper right corner.
