Register subscription plans

In the marketplace configuration, you can offer subscription plans as a marketing model. If this option is enabled, plans must be registered before configuring the catalog.

Important information!

  • Plan cancellation:

The cancellation button will be available to the user at any time after purchase. When requested, the request will be forwarded for review by the administrator in the Marketplace > Cancellations menu. The user will continue to have access to the plan's training until the end of the contracted period, even after the cancellation request.

If the plan cancellation is approved, it will be necessary to:

  1. Cancel the registration manually on the Kubo platform.

  2. Process the refund manually on the payment platform (Cielo or Asaas).

  • Automatic plan renewal:

All plans are automatically renewed at the end of the contracted period (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). This automatic renewal will be valid for up to 5 years from the date of purchase. After this period, the student must make a new purchase if they wish to continue.

Instructions

  1. Access the Marketplace > Configuration menu

  2. Click on the Subscription plans tab

This tab will only be available if the Subscription plans option is enabled in the general marketplace configuration.

  1. Click on the + Add plans button

  2. In the Subscription plan name field, enter the name that will identify the plan

Examples:

  • Basic Plan

  • Standard Plan

  • Premium Plan

  1. In the Select the plan recurrence field, select:

    1. Monthly plan - 30 days: access to the plan's training for 30 days from payment confirmation

    2. Quarterly plan - 90 days: access to the plan's training for 90 days from payment confirmation

    3. Semiannual plan - 180 days: access to the plan's training for 180 days from payment confirmation

    4. Annual plan - 365 days: access to the plan's training for 365 days from payment confirmation

  2. In the Value field, enter the amount that will be charged for the plan

  3. In the Description field, enter a description of the plan
    On the plan card, this description will be displayed below the price.

Example:

Get full access to our platform with the Premium Plan. Ideal for those looking for a complete experience, it includes all available training and early access to new courses released monthly.

For greater clarity, we recommend including a link to a PDF listing the training available in the plan in the description.

  1. In the Information fields, enter up to 4 brief details about the plan's unique features, if desired
    Each field accepts 32 characters.

Example:

Information 1: Access to all training

Information 2: Certificate of completion

Information 3: Support via WhatsApp

Information 4: New courses every month

  1. Click Save

  2. Repeat steps 3 to 9 until you have added all the necessary plans

  3. In Banner, upload the images displayed at the top of the plans page (Plans menu in the marketplace), respecting the accepted formats, and select one of the images as the main image
    The image selected as the main image will be the first one displayed to the user when they access the site. If there is more than one image, the user can navigate between them using the side arrows.

  4. In the Description field, enter the text that will be displayed below the banners and above the available plan cards

  5. Click the Save button

  6. Configure the catalog
