Configure marketplace

In this step, you will configure the main information for your marketplace, defining how it will be displayed and the content that will be presented to users:

  • Mode

    • Internal

    • External

    • Both

  • Sales model

    • Sale of individual training

    • Sale of individual training and subscription plans

  • Internal mode:

    • WhatsApp contact number

    • Activate or deactivate contact via WhatsApp

  • External mode:

    • Upload main and secondary banners

    • WhatsApp contact number

    • Activate or deactivate contact via WhatsApp

    • Email address for receiving contact forms

    • Links to social media (Instagram and Facebook)

    • Select up to 4 training to feature on the home page

      • Privacy policy

      • Terms of use

Instructions

  1. Go to the Marketplace > Configuration

  2. In Marketplace mode, configure the display:

    1. In the Select mode field, select:

      1. Internal: adds a menu to the student view, allowing students to purchase individual training and/or subscription plans

      2. External: creates a public website for marketing individual training and/or subscription plans

      3. Internal and External: enables both options above

  3. In Sales model, configure whether there will be subscription plans:

    1. Enable the Subscription plans option to sell individual training and subscription plans, or disable the option to sell only individual training
      When enabled, the Plans menu will be displayed in the marketplace. Configure the subscription plans.

  4. In Internal page, configure the information related to the internal marketplace, if applicable:

    1. In the WhatsApp number field, enter the number that will be used for customer service

    2. Enable the Display WhatsApp action option to enable customer service, or disable the option to disable it

  5. In External page, configure the information related to the external marketplace, if applicable:

    1. In Main banner, upload the images displayed at the top of the home page (Home menu of the marketplace), respecting the accepted formats, and select one of the images as the main image
      Although the platform does not require a specific size, it is recommended to use images with the same dimensions to ensure a more harmonious visual presentation. The image selected as the main image will be the first one displayed to the user when accessing the site. If there is more than one image, the user can navigate between them using the side arrows.

    2. In Secondary banner, upload the images displayed at the bottom of the home page (Home menu of the marketplace), respecting the accepted formats, and select one of the images as the main image
      Although the platform does not require a specific size, it is recommended to use images with the same dimensions to ensure a more harmonious visual presentation. The image selected as the main image will be the first one displayed to the user when accessing the site. If there is more than one image, the user can navigate between them using the side arrows.

    3. In the WhatsApp number field, enter the number that will be used for customer service

    4. Enable the Active action button option to enable customer service, or disable the option to disable it

    5. In the E-mail field, enter the address that will receive the forms sent via the For Businesses menu in the marketplace

    6. In the Instagram link field, enter the company profile link
      The clickable icon will be displayed in the lower right footer.

    7. In the Facebook link field, enter the company profile link
      The clickable icon will be displayed in the lower right footer.

    8. Click the + Add item button to select up to 4 individual training that will be displayed on the home page (Home menu of the marketplace)
      Only training configured to be displayed in the marketplace can be selected.

    9. In the About Page field, enter institutional text, if desired
      When completed, the About menu will be displayed in the marketplace.

    10. In the Privacy Policy Page field, enter the content of the privacy policy for the marketplace, if desired
      When completed, the clickable Privacy policy link will be displayed in the lower footer.

    11. In the Terms of Use Page field, enter the rules for using the marketplace, if desired
      When you finish, the clickable Terms of use link will appear at the bottom of the page.

  6. Click Save

  7. Then proceed as follows:

    1. If the Subscription plans option is enabled, register the subscription plans

    2. If the Subscription plans option is disabled, configure the catalog
