Configure catalog
The catalog is where the training available for purchase is presented to the user. These training can be purchased:
Individually
Through subscription plans, if enabled
Important information!
Individual training cancellation:
The cancellation button will be available to the user for 7 days after purchase. When requested, the request will be forwarded for review by the administrator in the Marketplace > Cancellations menu. The user will continue to have access to the purchased training(s) even after requesting cancellation.
If the purchase cancellation is approved, you will need to:
Cancel the registration manually on the Kubo platform.
Process the refund manually on the payment platform (Cielo or Asaas).
Plan cancellation:
The cancellation button will be available to the user at any time after purchase. When requested, the request will be forwarded for review by the administrator in the Marketplace > Cancellations menu. The user will continue to have access to the plan's training until the end of the contracted period, even after the cancellation request.
If the plan cancellation is approved, it will be necessary to:
Cancel the registration manually on the Kubo platform.
Process the refund manually on the payment platform (Cielo or Asaas).
Automatic plan renewal:
All plans are automatically renewed at the end of the contracted period (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual). This automatic renewal will be valid for up to 5 years from the date of purchase. After this period, the student must make a new purchase if they wish to continue.

Configure training
Before including a training in the catalog, you must check that it is already registered and enabled for display in the marketplace.
If it is not registered, follow the step-by-step instructions available at Create, edit or delete online/asynchronous training to create the training. During creation, in the Show on Marketplace field, select the Yes option.
If already registered, edit the training and change the Show on Marketplace field to Yes.
Then, configure the training price as instructed below:
Click on Trainings in the main menu
Click on the Online/Asynchronous submenu
Locate the desired training
Click the ⁝ button at the end of the line
Click the To Change option
Click the Marketplace Course Configuration tab
In the Value field, enter the unit price for individual sales
If no value is entered, the course will be considered free in the marketplace, meaning that users can purchase it without payment.Click Save
Repeat steps 3 to 8 for all training that will be sold on the marketplace
You can make a demo of the training available through a module. To do this, in the Release for viewing field of the module registration, select Yes.
Then configure the catalog.

Access the Marketplace > Configuration
Click on the Catalog
Click on the Add button in the upper right corner
In Configuration, configure the display:
In the Select where the item(s) will be viewed field, select:
Internal: the training can be purchased by users who are already students, in the student view of the marketplace
External: the training can be purchased by external users on the public marketplace website
Internal and External: the training can be purchased in both of the above options
In the Select the sales model field, select:
Individual: the training will be available in the catalog to be purchased individually
Subscription: the training will be available as part of a subscription plan
In the Select the subscription field, select the plan to which the training will be linked
Only one plan can be selected. To add the training to more plans, add new catalogs.
For the training to be available in both models, you must add two additional catalogs, one for individual purchase and one for subscription.
Click the + Add item button to enter the training
Only training that have been configured can be selected.Click Save
Only standalone training are displayed in the Catalog menu of the marketplace. Training linked to subscription plans are not publicly displayed in the general catalog and are only available to subscribers within their respective plans.
