Create, edit or delete manager
The manager refers to the leader to whom the student is subordinate in the company. Registering managers and linking the student to one of them is optional.
Managers can view the knowledge indicators of all students linked to the platform from the student's perspective.
The link between student and manager is defined in the student registration.
To register managers via integration, go to Create, edit or delete students via integration.
Instructions
Register manager
Click on Students in the main menu
Click on the Manager submenu
Click on the To Register button icon located in the top right corner
In the Manager field, fill in the manager's name
In the Login Student field, select the manager's student login
This login is used by the manager to access the student view.In the Login Admin field, select the manager's administrator login, if they are also the platform administrator
This login is used by the manager to access the administrator view.Click Save to register the manager
Edit or delete manager
To edit the registration or delete a manager, locate it in the list, click on the Select option, click on the To Change option and on the screen that opens:
To edit, change the manager name and click Save.
To delete, click on the 🗑 icon located in the upper right corner.
Generate knowledge indicators for your team
If the functionality of Managing knowledge is being used, managers can access their subordinates' indicators through the student view.
It is possible to generate detailed reports on knowledge self-assessments, allowing for greater clarity in team performance analysis, centralized monitoring of results, and more assertive decision-making in skill development.
