Configure country, state and city

The countries, states and cities can be used in the companies to be or already registered to specify their location.

Instructions

To register a country, its states and cities, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Settings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Countries submenu

On the next screen, you will be able to view the list of registered countries.

  1. Click on the To Register button located in the upper right corner to register a new country

  2. Enter the name of the country in the Countries field

  3. Click Save to register the country

  4. Locate the country created in the list, click on Select and on List states

On the next screen, it will be possible to view the list of states registered in that country.

  1. Click on the To Register button located in the upper right corner to register a new state

  2. Enter the state name in the States field and the state abbreviation in the Initials

  3. Click Save to register the state

  4. Locate the state created in the listing, click on Select and on List cities

On the next screen, it will be possible to view the list of cities registered in that state.

  1. Click on the To Register button located in the upper right corner to register a new city

  2. Enter the name of the city in the Cities field

  3. Click Save to register the city


To edit the registration or delete a country, state or city, locate them in the corresponding list, click on the Select option, click on the To Change option and on the screen that opens:

  • To edit, change the desired fields and click Save.

  • To delete, click on the 🗑 icon located in the upper right corner.
