Configure library materials

Each category in the library can be made up of several materials. This allows for effective organization, making it easier for users to access the relevant materials related to each specific category.

Instructions

To register the materials that will form part of a library category, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Library on the main menu

  2. Click on the Materials submenu

On the next screen, you will be able to see a list of the registered materials.

  1. Click on the To Register button icon located in the upper right corner

  2. Fill out the necessary fields, as instructed below:

Title

Enter the title of the material.

ID Vimeo

Enter the ID of the video already registered in a module of the platform, if you want to link this video to the material.

Description

Enter a brief summary of the material.

Link to one Training

Select which training you want to link the material to. In this case, the material will be an attachment to the selected training.

Category

Select the categories you want to link to the material. They must be previously configured.

Profile (mandatory)

Select the profile(s) of the students who will be able to consume the content of the material.

Enabled

Select the option Yes so that when you finish registering the material, students will be able to view it, or No so that when you finish registering the material, students will not be able to view it.

  1. Click Save to register the material record


To add or change the cover image of the material after registration, locate it in the list, click on the Select option, click on the Cover option and in the screen that opens upload the image respecting the accepted formats.


To insert the material's documentation or video file, locate it in the list, click on the Select option, click on the Documentation or Video option, and on the screen that opens upload the file respecting the accepted formats.


To edit the registration or delete a material, locate it in the list, click on the Select option, click on the To Change option, and the screen will open:

  • To edit, change the desired fields and click Save.

  • To delete, click on the 🗑 icon located in the upper right corner.
