Replicate in-person/synchronous trainings to another environment
Customers who have more than one environment can replicate trainings from one environment to another.
By replicating training, it is possible to adjust only the information required, rather than re-registering it from scratch, saving time and effort.
To request the creation of a new environment, open a support ticket.
Instructions
Click on Trainings in the main menu
Click on the Replicate Contents submenu
Click on the To Register button icon in the top right-hand corner
Fill in the necessary fields as instructed below:

When you return to the list of replication registrations, the new registration will have the status WAITING. While it is in this status, you can:
Pause replication: click Select and then Pause in the list. The status will remain PAUSED until it is resumed. To restar, click Select and then Continue in the list.

If the registration is not paused or canceled, the status will be changed to COMPLETED when all the trainings are replicated to the destination environment.
