Managing knowledge
Self-assessment of knowledge allows administrators to obtain detailed information on students' level of knowledge in different areas. This tool provides fundamental data for strategic decisions on training, such as:
Identification of critical knowledge: determines which areas need immediate attention for training and knowledge dissemination.
Mapping content gaps: helps to identify which knowledge still needs to be converted into educational content and media.
Assertive investment: identifies who needs to be trained, allowing objective actions and better management of corporate education costs.
Identifying talent: through mapping, employees who hold knowledge are clearly identified and can be converted into specialists who disseminate expertise.
Strategic targeting: bases decisions on concrete data, allocating efforts to areas that directly impact the operation.
In addition, it is possible to set up self-assessments before and/or after trainings, tracks or campaigns, generating valuable insights into the effectiveness of training actions.
