Configure satisfaction survey for online/asynchronous training

The purpose of the satisfaction survey is to measure the level of student satisfaction with the training, covering aspects such as content, format, teaching, etc.

It can consist of a single question for all trainings or specific questions for certain trainings.

Sections are used to group the questions, making them easier to organize. All the questions added to the section will be asked of the learner during the survey.

Instructions

Configure questions for all trainings

First, register the section:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Reaction search submenu

  3. Click on the Sections button located in the upper right corner (second icon)

On the next screen, you will be able to view the list of registered sections.

  1. Click on the To Register button located in the upper right corner

  2. Enter the name of the section in the Section field

  3. Click Save to register the section registration


Then register the question:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Reaction search submenu

On the next screen, it will be possible to view the list of existing satisfaction questions, the section to which the question belongs, type (if closed with alternatives or open), the language and where it is being displayed. They are generic questions and can be used in any training.

  1. Click on the To Register button located in the upper right corner

  2. Fill in the fields, paying attention to the characteristics you want

In the Type field, depending on the selected option, new fields will be enabled for completion.

In the Show in field, select All trainings.

In the Language field, if you want the survey to be in all available languages, you will need to replicate this registration process for each target language.

  1. Click Save to register the question registration


Next, sort the registered questions:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Reaction search submenu

  3. Click on the To Sort button icon located in the upper right corner (first icon)

  4. Select the desired section in the Customer Satisfaction Survey field

  5. Drag questions to reorder


Finally, enable the satisfaction survey in the desired trainings:

For the satisfaction survey to be applied, the Customer Satisfaction Survey field must be set to Yes in the training registration. Otherwise, even if the survey has been configured, it will not be applied.

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Online/Asynchronous submenu

  3. Click on the Published tab if the training is already published, or the Not Published tab if the training is not yet published

  4. Locate the desired training

  5. Click on the button at the end of the line

  6. Click on the Reaction search option

  7. Click on the Configuration button located in the upper right corner

  8. Locate the desired section and check the Active option

All questions that were registered in the section will appear for the student.

Configure questions for specific trainings

First, register the section:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Online/Asynchronous submenu

  3. Click on the Published tab if the training is already published, or the Not Published tab if the training is not yet published

  4. Locate the desired training

  5. Click on the button at the end of the line

  6. Click on the To Change option

  7. Click on the Reaction search tab

  8. Click on the Sections button

On the next screen, you will be able to view the list of registered sections.

  1. Click on the New Section button

  2. Type the section name in the field

  3. Click Save to register the section registration


Then register the question:

  1. Still on the Reaction search tab of the training, click on the New question button

  2. Fill in the fields, paying attention to the characteristics you want

Next, sort the registered questions:

  1. Still on the Reaction search tab, click on the Sorting button

  2. Select the desired section in the Section field

  3. Drag the questions to reorder


Finally, enable the satisfaction survey:

  6. Click on the Reaction search option

  7. Click on the Configuration button located in the upper right corner

  8. Locate the desired section and check the Active option

All questions that were registered in the section will appear for the student.
