Generate knowledge indicators

Indicators provide a detailed analysis of knowledge, helping to monitor student progress, identify areas that need attention and plan strategic actions.

They can be accessed in two ways:

  • Dashboard: offers a strategic and consolidated view of the data, allowing:

    • Real-time monitoring of overall performance.

    • Quick identification of patterns, such as knowledge gaps or skills with the greatest progress.

    • Visual analysis using graphs and interactive panels, making it easier to interpret and share information with managers and teams.

  • Report: presents data in a detailed and structured way, ideal for operational support, including:

    • Specific information on each piece of knowledge and its self-assessment.

    • Data export for in-depth analysis or archiving.

    • Support for audits and individualized monitoring of students.

Instructions

  1. Click on Knowledge in the main menu

  2. Click on the Indicators submenu

  3. Click on the desired indicator

Indicator

Description

Average Grades by Competence

Dashboard: shows the average marks awarded to each main knowledge by the students, allowing gaps in knowledge to be identified.

Example of use:
The dashboard can be used to identify knowledge with an average below 2, indicating areas that require immediate training actions.

Report: details the students' scores in each knowledge (main, secondary or tertiary).

Example of use:
The trainings team can use the report to identify students who scored 1 and 2 in certain knowledge, prioritizing specific development actions for these people.

Number of Respondents by Knowledge

Dashboard: shows the number of self-assessments carried out in each main knowledge and the average score of the last self-assessment, helping to map the number of self-assessments and overall performance.

Example of use:
The dashboard can be used to identify knowledge with a low response rate or no response at all, highlighting the need to reinforce communication about the importance of self-assessment.

Report: details the students' scores in each knowledge (main, secondary or tertiary).

Example of use:
A manager can consult the report to identify students who have not yet completed or updated the self-assessment of certain knowledge and contact them directly, encouraging participation.

Evolution Chart

Dashboard: shows a timeline that tracks the progress of all knowledge over the months, based on average scores, making it easier to make strategic decisions. Use the mouse scroll to enlarge or minimize the graph.

Example of use:
A manager can see on the graph that the average grade for a specific piece of knowledge has fallen over the last two months, signaling the need to reinforce trainings or revise the content.

Report: details the last score recorded by students in each knowledge (primary, secondary or tertiary).

Example of use:
The report makes it possible to identify students with a score below the recommended average in a particular knowledge, helping to define targeted actions to improve learning.

Participation by Grades

Dashboard: shows the percentage of each score received in self-assessments, providing a clear view of the level of knowledge.

Example of use:
The dashboard may reveal that 60% of self-assessments in a particular knowledge were for a score of 1, indicating a significant gap and the need to implement comprehensive training.

Report: details the students' scores in each knowledge (main, secondary or tertiary).

Example of use:
The report can be used to identify that the majority of students with a score of 1 are concentrated in a specific team or department, allowing the creation of training focused on that group.

Completeness by Participants

Dashboard: shows the level of student participation in all knowledge, providing an overview of engagement.

Example of use:
The dashboard can show that many learners have only completed 30% of self-assessments, allowing the training team to target campaigns to increase uptake.

Report: details the last score recorded by students in each knowledge (primary, secondary or tertiary).

Example of use:
A manager can use the report to identify students who have not completed self-assessments of specific knowledge, facilitating personalized actions to encourage participation.
