Create, edit or delete students via integration
If your company uses a payroll system, you can automate the registration, editing, and deletion of students through integration with Kubo.
This integration eliminates the need for manual registration, ensuring continuous and accurate data updates.
When a student is deleted from the source system, they will be automatically deleted or deactivated in Kubo, according to the configuration defined by your organization.
The following student data is automatically registered:
First and last name
Email
CPF (if applicable)
Password
Company
Profile
Work function
Department
Team
Manager
Specialty
If the company, profile, work function, department, team, manager, or specialty are not already registered on the platform, they will be created automatically, linked to the student, and subsequently updated or deleted/inactivated according to changes in the source system.
