Enroll students in-person/synchronous training
The student can request to be enrolled in in-person/synchronous training or the administrator can enroll them.
Once the in-person/synchronous training has taken place, the attendance and grade must be assigned to the enrolled student(s).
This step is essential in order to record the students' participation and enter their performance in the training.
Instructions
To enroll students in training, follow the steps below:
Click on Trainings in the main menu
Click on the In Person/Synchronous submenu
Search for the desired training in the Research bar in the upper right corner
Click on the Select option
Click on the Attendance List option in the list
On the next screen, you can view the list of students registered in the in-person/synchronous training, with the code, the student's name, the company he/she belongs to, the status (if he/she attended the in-person/synchronous training or not), the grade, the certificate, the type (whether they are enrolled or on a waiting list) and the date of enrollment.
Click the To Register Student button icon located in the upper right corner (first icon)
Select the student(s) you wish to enroll in the in-person/synchronous training by checking the box in the Select column
Click Add to enroll the selected student(s)
To enroll several students in one or more trainings, follow the steps below:
Click on Trainings in the main menu
Click on the In Person/Synchronous submenu
Click on the Import Student button icon located in the upper right corner
Click on the Download CSV template button to download the template spreadsheet
Open the downloaded file
Fill in the columns with the information, as instructed below:
student_id (mandatory) | Enter the student ID. To check the student ID, follow the steps below:
The student ID is the number displayed in the ID column. |
cpf | Enter the student's 11-digit CPF number, if desired. Only numbers, no special characters or spaces. |
Enter the student's login email, if desired. | |
In-person training ID (mandatory) | Enter the ID of the training you wish to enroll the student in. To check the training ID, follow the steps below:
The training ID is the number displayed in the ID column. |
classroom_lesson_id | Enter the class ID number, if any. |
grade | Enter the student's score for the training, if applicable. |
classroom_presence | Enter the attendance number for the training (1 or 0), if desired, where:

When importing student enrollments via the worksheet, students will be enrolled in the indicated trainings even if the student's profile and the profile registered for the training are different.
Save the spreadsheet on your computer
Return to the platform
Click on the Import CSV button
Locate and select the file
Link the spreadsheet columns to the corresponding fields on the platform if the names or order are different
Example
If in your spreadsheet the student's login email column is named Email, link that column to the email field.
Select which columns should be included in the registration
Click Submit on the platform to perform the import
On the next screen, you will be able to view the report of students enrolled through the spreadsheet import.
If the enrollment was successfully completed, an ID will be generated for each enrollment.
If there was an error with the enrollment, the report will indicate the error and the reason for the error.
Once the training has been completed, to assign attendance and grades to the students, follow the steps below:
Click on Trainings in the main menu
Click on the In Person/Synchronous submenu
Search for the desired training in the Research bar in the upper right corner
Click on the Select option
Click on the Attendance List option in the list
Check the box in the Status column and enter a grade in the Note column for the enrolled student(s) who attended the in-person/synchronous training
If an online/asynchronous training is linked to the in-person/synchronous training, checking the box in the Status column automatically enrolls the student in the online/asynchronous training.
