Share online/asynchronous training via link or QR Code

Sharing allows students to be automatically enrolled in training by accessing the link or QR Code.

Instructions

1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

2. Click on the Online/Asynchronous submenu

3. Search for the desired training in the Research bar in the upper right corner

4. Click the Select option

5. Click on the Share QR Code option

6. Under Language, select the language that will be displayed on the login screen when the student accesses the link or scans the QR Code

7. Click on the Generate invitation link button

In a new tab you can see the URL, for sharing via link, and the code, for sharing via QR Code.

By clicking on the link or scanning the QR Code with the camera, the student will be redirected to the system's login screen, and by logging in he/she will be automatically enrolled in the training.

The student's profile must be the same as the profile registered for the training. Otherwise, by clicking the link, being redirected to the system login screen and logging in, the student will not be automatically enrolled in the training.
