Share online/asynchronous training

The platform allows online/asynchronous training to be shared via a link or QR Code, enabling automatic student enrollment.

There are two ways to share: from the administrator's perspective (from administrator to student) and from the student's perspective (from student to student).

Instructions

Share via link or QR Code from the administrator's view (from administrator to student)

This type of sharing allows the administrator to generate an invitation link or QR Code to promote the training.

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Online/Asynchronous submenu

  3. Click on the Published tab if the training is already published, or the Not Published tab if the training is not yet published

  4. Locate the desired training

  5. Click on the button at the end of the line

  6. Click on the Share QR Code option

  7. Under Language, select the language that will be displayed on the login screen when the student accesses the link or scans the QR Code

  8. Click on the Generate invitation link button

The URL with the link and the QR Code will be generated.

When accessing the link or scanning the QR Code, the student is directed to the login screen and, after authentication, is automatically enrolled in the training, provided that the student's profile is compatible with the profile configured in the training. Otherwise, even after logging in, automatic enrollment will not take place.

Share via link from the student's view (from student to student)

This type of sharing allows students to share trainings with other students via a link, provided that the training is configured as shareable by the administrator.

When the training is configured as shareable, the student will see the sharing option on the course page.

  1. Access the desired training

  2. On the course page, click the To share button

The training link will be automatically copied to the clipboard.

When accessing the link, the student will see a preview screen of the training, containing information such as:

  • Training name.

  • Summary (cover and description).

  • List of modules with their respective descriptions.

From this screen:

  • Students already registered on the platform should click on Access training and log in.

  • Unregistered users should click on To Register to request registration, which must be manually approved by the administrator.

After logging in (and approval of registration, when applicable), enrollment in the training will be done automatically, provided that all rules are met.

Automatic enrollment is subject to the following validations:

  • Whether the student's profile is compatible with the training.

  • Whether training approval is automatic. In case of manual approval, the administrator will need to approve it.

  • Whether the training is active.

  • Whether the training is within the current display period.
