Track cancellation requests

Allows administrators to view all cancellation requests made by users.

The cancellation of individual training will be available to the user for 7 days after purchase. The user will continue to have access to the contracted training even after requesting cancellation. After this period, it will no longer be possible to request cancellation through the platform, and it will be necessary to contact the administrator directly.

Cancellation of the subscription plan will be available to the user at any time after purchase. The user will continue to have access to the training in the plan until the end of the contracted period, even after requesting cancellation.

Instructions

  1. Go to the Marketplace > Cancellations menu

All cancellation requests will be listed on the screen.

If the cancellation of the purchase of the individual training(s) or the subscription plan is approved, it will be necessary to:

  1. Cancel the registration manually on the Kubo platform.

  2. Process the refund manually on the payment platform (Cielo or Asaas).
