Register frequently asked questions in the student view

The platform offers a FAQ (frequently asked questions) area to clarify students' main questions about using the system.

This feature helps improve the student experience by providing quick and accessible answers, reducing the need for direct support.

Instructions

  1. Go to the Settings > FAQ menu

  2. Click on the To Register button icon located in the upper right corner

  3. In the Title field, enter the question that will be displayed to the student

  4. In the Language field, select the language in which the question will be displayed

Example

If the student has Portuguese set as their language in the student view, only FAQs registered in that language will be displayed.

  1. In the Question field, enter the explanation corresponding to the question

  2. Click the Save button

  3. Repeat steps 2 to 6 to add all the desired questions

  4. Return to the Settings > FAQ menu

  5. Click on the To Sort button icon located in the upper right corner

  6. In the Language field, select the language in which you want to sort

  7. Drag the questions to set the display order

In the student view, the registered questions will be visible when the student clicks on their name or profile picture in the upper right corner and then on the FAQ option.

If the student cannot find the answer they are looking for, it is possible to enable the submission of questions directly through the FAQ. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Access the Settings > To List menu

  2. In the FAQ e-mail address field, enter the email address of the person responsible for receiving questions submitted by students

  3. Click the Save button

From the student's view, a free text field will appear at the end of the FAQ, where the student can send their questions. If the FAQ e-mail address field is not filled in, this option will not be displayed to the student.

Below are suggestions for questions and answers that can be registered, based on the platform's features:

I forgot my password. How can I recover it?

On the login screen, click on Have you forgotten your password?, enter your email address, and click on Recover. You will receive an email with an automatically generated temporary password. We recommend changing it as soon as possible.

Where can I find the training available to me?

In the Trainings menu, you will see all the courses available for you to access. When you click on a training, you will be able to view and access its modules.

Can I enroll in a training on my own?

Some courses are automatically enrolled by the administrator. In others, you can click on Request registration:

  • If enrollment is automatic, access is granted immediately.

  • If approval is required, the administrator will evaluate your request before granting access.

Can I pause a training and continue where I left off?

Yes. The system automatically saves your progress, allowing you to resume the course exactly where you left off.

Why is my progress not 100% even after watching the videos?

Progress depends on the rules defined in the course. If there are videos with a mandatory minimum viewing time, you must watch them until the end for the system to register completion. If the video is closed before the end, there will be a pending time and the module will appear as In progress.

How do I know if I have completed a training?

The course will be displayed with the progress bar at 100% and the status Finalized.

Can I repeat a module or lesson that I have already watched?

Yes. You can access and watch it again as many times as you want.

What happens if I don't complete a training on time?

After the set expiration date, access to the training will be blocked.

How do I issue my certificate after completing a course?

When you reach 100% progress and meet all training requirements, the certificate will be available for download at the bottom of the course page.

How do I view my certificate?

You can access it in two ways:

  • In a specific training: access the Trainings menu, click on the desired training, scroll to the bottom of the page, click on the Certification tab, and download it.

  • From all training: below Hello, [your name], click on Access my history and view the list of training with the respective certificates available for download.

How do I take the test?

If the course has an evaluation, it will be available at the end of each module or the entire training, depending on the settings configured by the administrator.

What happens if I fail a test?

If you fail, the system may automatically allow you to retake the test, according to the rules set up for the course. If this option is not available, you must ask the instructor or administrator for another opportunity to take the evaluation.

What should I do if a video or material does not open?

First, check your internet connection. If the problem persists, contact the instructor or administrator.

How does self-assessment work in the My Knowledge menu?

Self-assessment allows you to assess your knowledge independently, at any time.

By clicking on your name or profile picture and selecting My Knowledge, you will see all your active knowledge, with:

  • Current score.

  • Date of last self-assessment.

  • Linked skill.

To update, click on Update knowledge, and adjust the scores.

How long are my knowledge self-assessment scores saved?

Submitted scores remain on file for up to 7 days. After that period, they are unchecked again, indicating that they need to be updated.

What do the colors of the scores in the self-assessment mean?

  • BLUE: score has remained the same.

  • GREEN: score has increased. Example: from 1 to 3.

  • YELLOW: score decreased by up to 2 points. Example: from 4 to 2.

  • RED: score decreased by 3 points. Example: from 4 to 1.

What is the knowledge hierarchy?

Knowledge can be organized into levels (macro, secondary, and tertiary). Only the last level can be assessed directly. The scores for these lower levels are used to automatically calculate the average for the higher levels.

How does the calculation of scores in the knowledge hierarchy work?

The score for a main piece of knowledge is the average of the scores for the subordinate pieces of knowledge. Example:

  • Knowledge 1.1: average of Knowledge 1.1.1 (score 4) and Knowledge 1.1.2 (score 3):
    (4 + 3) / 2 = score 3.5.

  • Knowledge 1.3: average of Knowledge 1.3.1 (score 3), Knowledge 1.3.2 (score 4) and Knowledge 1.3.3 (score 2):
    (3 + 4 + 2) / 3 = score 3.

  • Knowledge 1: average of Knowledge 1.1 (score 3.5), Knowledge 1.2 (score 1) and Knowledge 1.3 (score 3):
    (3.5 + 1 + 3) / 3 = score 2.5.

How does knowledge self-assessment work in training, track, and campaigns?

Self-assessment can be requested in training courses, tracks, and campaigns, depending on the settings configured by the administrator. It can occur:

  • Before starting.

  • After completion.

  • At both times.

After the second self-assessment, a radar chart will be available, allowing you to compare your previous score with the new score obtained.

Yes. The platform is responsive and can be accessed through your mobile device's browser.
