Managing marketplace

The Marketplace is the new virtual store integrated with Kubo, designed to facilitate the marketing of training directly on the platform. It offers complete resources for both the administrator's view and the student's experience, functioning as a true revenue generation channel for your corporate education operation.

With Kubo Marketplace, your organization will be able to:

  • Create a training catalog with public display of the main information for each course.

  • Offer subscription plans with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual recurrence.

  • Apply discount coupons and automatic discounts in a configurable and cumulative manner.

  • Customize the external store by adjusting banners, visual identity, and layout to reinforce communication with the public.

  • Generate automatic enrollments in Kubo from confirmed purchase orders.

  • Act strategically, using the marketplace as a new channel to monetize your educational content.

If you are interested in activating the marketplace in your account, please contact the sales executive responsible for your account.

Overview

General settings

The initial marketplace configuration defines whether the platform will operate in internal, external, or both modes. This determines whether courses will be accessible only to registered students, to the general public, or to both groups.

You can also define whether courses will be sold individually or through subscription plans, with customization options for banners, institutional information, legal pages, and social networks.

Payment methods

The platform allows you to configure multiple payment methods:

  • Credit card (one-time payment or installments with instant approval)

  • Pix (one-time payment with instant approval)

  • Bank slip (clearing within 3 business days)

The selection of a payment gateway (Cielo or Asaas) is mandatory to enable transactions.

Subscription plans

The subscription plan feature allows you to sell course packages with access for a fixed period: monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual.

Administrators define the name, price, frequency, and description of the plans, as well as the unique features displayed on the plan card.

Course catalog

The catalog displays the courses available for purchase, either individually or via subscription. You can configure where each item will be displayed (internal, external, or both) and the sales model.

The same course can be included in both the individual catalog and one or more subscription plans.

Discount

Discount management is flexible and allows you to offer automatic price reductions and promotional coupons:

  • Automatic discount: applied directly to all users, no action required.

  • Discount coupon: requires the user to enter a code in the shopping cart.

Both formats can be cumulative, generating greater price reductions.
