Import students' grades in online/asynchronous training

Student grades can be entered into the system by importing them via a spreadsheet.

Instructions

  1. Click on Students in the main menu

  2. Click the Import Note Student button icon located in the upper right corner (second icon)

  3. Click the Download Template button icon located in the upper right corner (first icon) to download the template spreadsheet

  4. Open the downloaded file

  5. Fill in the columns with the information, as instructed below:

id_treinamento

Enter the code of the training that will be assigned the student's grade.

To check the training code, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Online/Asynchronous submenu

  3. Search for the desired training in the Research bar in the upper right corner

The training code is the number displayed in the ID column.

id_aluno

Enter the student ID number.

To check the student ID, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Students in the main menu

  2. Search for the desired student in the search bar

The student ID is the number displayed in the ID column.

data_matricula

Enter the day, month and year when the student was enrolled in the training, in the following format:

00/00/0000

validade_matricula

Enter the day, month and year when the training enrollment is valid, in the following format:

00/00/0000

nota

Enter the student's grade for the training.

If you assign a grade below the average, the student will be registered as failing.

If you assign a grade above the average, the student will appear as approved on his or her registration and the certificate will be available for download.

enviar_email

Enter the email sending number (1 or 0), where:

  • 1 to send email to the student that the enrollment has been completed, upon completion of enrollment

  • 0 to enroll the student but not email them that the enrollment has been completed

Do not make any changes or deletions in the first row of the spreadsheet column, identified by the column headings.

  1. Save the worksheet on your computer

  2. Return to the platform

  3. Click Select

  4. Locate and select the file

  5. Click Send on the platform to upload the file
