Configure satisfaction survey for webinar

The purpose of the satisfaction survey is to measure the level of student satisfaction with the webinar, covering aspects such as content, format, teaching, etc.

Instructions

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Webinar submenu

  3. Search for the desired webinar in the Research bar in the upper right corner

  4. Click the Select option

  5. Click on the Satisfaction Questions option in the list

On the next screen, you will see the list of questions registered for the webinar and their characteristics.

  1. Click on the To Register button icon located in the upper right corner (first icon)

  2. Fill out the fields paying attention to the characteristics you want (all fields are required)

  3. Click on Save to register the question registration

After saving, the screen to register the answer to the question will open.

  1. Fill in all the fields to assign the question answer

  2. Click Save to register the answer

Register all the questions and answers that will make up the satisfaction survey.
