Duplicate online/asynchronous training

Duplicating trainings makes it possible to create a new training based on an existing one.

By duplicating training, you can adjust only the information needed for the new training, rather than re-registering it from scratch. This provides an efficient way of creating similar or related trainings, saving you time and effort in setting them up.

Instructions

1. Click Trainings on the main menu

2. Click the Online/Asynchronous submenu

3. Search for the desired training in the Research bar in the upper right corner

4. Click the Select option

5. Click the Duplicate option in the list

On the next screen, the registration fields of the new training will be filled out according to the training to be duplicated.

6. Change the desired fields

In the Modules of this Training field, you can set the modules that will be part of the new training, excluding existing modules or selecting new ones.

In the Module of Other Trainings field, you can select modules from other trainings that will be part of the new training.

7. Click Duplicate to register the new training

After that, carry out the other training settings, such as:

• Satisfaction survey

• Module evaluation

• Inserting a cover

• Inserting annexes

• Inserting a certificate

• Student enrollment
