Enroll students in webinar
Students can be enrolled in the webinar individually or by import via spreadsheet.
Instructions
To enroll a student in the webinar, follow the steps below:
Click on Trainings in the main menu
Click on the Webinar submenu
Search for the desired webinar in the Research bar in the upper right corner
Click the Select option
Click on the Registered option in the list
Click on the To Register button icon located in the upper right corner (last icon)
Fill in all the fields as instructed below:
Name (mandatory) | Enter the student's name. |
E-mail (mandatory) | Enter the student's e-mail address. |
Company (mandatory) | Enter the student's company. |
Telephones (mandatory) | Enter the student's phone number. Numbers only, no special characters or spaces. |
City / State (mandatory) | Enter the student's location (city and state). |
How did you know about this webinar? (mandatory) | Select one of the available options to indicate how the student found out about the webinar. |
Click Save to register the student's registration in the webinar
To enroll several students in the webinar, follow the steps below:
Click on Trainings in the main menu
Click on the Webinar submenu
Search for the desired webinar in the Research bar in the upper right corner
Click the Select option
Click on the Registered option in the list
Click on the Import button icon located in the upper right corner (second icon)
Click on the Download CSV template button to download the template spreadsheet
Open the downloaded file
Fill in the columns with the information, as instructed below:
first_name (mandatory) | Enter the student's name. |
email (mandatory) | Enter the student's e-mail address. |
company | Enter the student's company name, if desired. |
phone | Enter the student's phone number, if desired. Only numbers, no special characters or spaces. |
City/State | Enter the student's location (city and state), if desired. |
How did you hear about it? | Indicate how the student gained knowledge of the webinar, if desired. |
Save the spreadsheet on your computer
Return to the platform
Click on the Import CSV button
Locate and select the file
Link the spreadsheet columns to the corresponding fields on the platform if the names or order are different
Example
If the student name column in your spreadsheet is named Student, link that column to the first_name field.
Select which columns should be included in the registration
Click Submit on the platform to perform the import
On the next screen, you will be able to view the report of students enrolled through the spreadsheet import.
If the enrollment was successfully completed, an ID will be generated for each enrollment.
If there was an error with the enrollment, the report will indicate the error and the reason for the error.
