Insert annexes to online/asynchronous training and/or module

Annexes are auxiliary materials that complement the content. You can register annexes for both the training and each module individually.

This flexibility allows you to provide students with additional relevant materials in different parts of the course, contributing to a more complete learning experience.

Instructions

Training

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Online/Asynchronous submenu

  3. Click on the Published tab if the training is already published, or the Not Published tab if the training is not yet published

  4. Locate the desired training

  5. Click on the ⁝ button at the end of the line

  6. Click on the To Change option

  7. Click on the Complementary Material tab

  8. Upload the file(s) in any format

Modules

Complementary materials can be added to the module at the time of registration or later, as instructed below:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Online/Asynchronous submenu

  3. Click on the Published tab if the training is already published, or the Not Published tab if the training is not yet published

  4. Locate the desired training

  5. Click on the ⁝ button at the end of the line

  6. Click on the To Change option

  7. Click on the Modules tab

  8. Locate the desired module

  9. Click on the ⁝ button at the end of the line

  10. Click on the To Change option

  11. In the Register tab, locate Select one or more complementary files to attach to the module

  12. Upload the file(s) in any format

  13. Click on Save
