Managing in-person/synchronous trainings

Explore the resources available for in-person/synchronous trainings on the platform.

Overview

Live content and interaction

In-person trainings provide an immersive learning experience, where the content is presented synchronously by the instructors. This live interaction allows questions to be answered instantly and promotes a more engaging and dynamic learning experience.

Attendance list via the platform

When you register in-person/synchronous training on the platform, you can set up an attendance list for students, ensuring that their participation is recorded. Students can request to be enrolled an in-person/synchronous training session or be enrolled by the administrator.

Recording attendance and grades

Once the training has taken place, it is necessary to assign attendance and, if applicable, the grade to the enrolled student(s). This step is essential for recording student participation and evaluating their performance in the training.

Online satisfaction survey

Trainings can include a satisfaction survey, which aims to measure the level of student satisfaction with the course. This survey covers various aspects, such as content, format, didactics, among others, allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of the student experience. Even if the trainings are in person/synchronous, the survey can be applied online via the platform.

Certificate of completion

On completion of a training, the student will receive a certificate of completion. This certificate recognizes the student's effort and commitment to learning, providing tangible recognition of their achievements. The platform has a standard certificate, but you can insert a personalized one to match your company's visual identity.

Dashboard

Dashboard provide an overview of in-person/synchronous trainings, helping you to make decisions and monitor students' progress.
