Issuing reports and customizable queries in Kubo by NDD allows you to analyze and understand the functioning of the platform in depth.

Overview

Comprehensive operational reports

The more than 50 operational reports cover a wide range of aspects of Kubo by NDD. These reports provide detailed information on students, trainings, tracks, satisfaction surveys and much more. From general data to specific information, the reports offer a complete overview of how the platform works.

Customizable queries for insights

Customizable queries allow users to generate even more personalized reports on certain subjects. This functionality offers the flexibility to analyze data according to specific needs, making it possible to obtain insights tailored to each situation.

Filtering information

Before generating a report, users have the option of filtering the information to refine the results. This functionality allows administrators to customize reports according to their specific needs, obtaining relevant and targeted insights.

Data exploration and export

Once the report has been generated, users can explore the information directly in the browser, carrying out detailed research and analysis. In addition, reports can be exported to formats such as CSV and Excel, making it easier to analyze and share the data with other interested parties.

Instructions

To issue an operational report, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Reports in the main menu

  2. Click on the desired report in the REPORTS list

  3. Next to it, enter the information for the mandatory filters and, if you wish, the optional filters, in order to make your report even more refined

  4. Click on Generate report


To issue a customizable query report, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Customizable queries in the main menu

  2. Choose the type of topic you want and click Generate report

  3. Click on the desired tab to issue a specific report on that subject

  4. Below, enter the information for the mandatory filters and, if you wish, the optional filters, in order to make your report even more refined

  5. Click on Generate report


A new browser tab will open with the generated report.

In the report, you can:

  • Search for more specific information in the Research bar located in the upper right corner.

  • Sort the columns in ascending or descending order by clicking on the title of the column you wish to sort.

  • Export the report in CSV and/or Excel, by clicking on the buttons located in the upper left corner.
