Allows administrators to view all purchases made by users and export this information in report format.
This feature facilitates commercial performance monitoring and financial control of the platform.
Instructions

Access the Marketplace > Sales menu
All purchases made will be listed on the screen, accompanied by their respective payment status:

Processing: payment is being reviewed.

Awaiting payment: payment has not yet been confirmed.

Confirmed: payment has been approved and the purchase is complete.

Denied: payment has been refused.

Cancelled: the purchase or payment has been cancelled by the user.

Abandoned: payment was not made within 2 hours after the cart was assembled.
If the user is logged in, after 1 hour of assembling the cart without payment confirmation, the following email will be sent:
Subject: Your cart is still waiting for you
Message: Hello, (user name).
Did you have any problems with your order on the site?

To export all purchases in Excel format, click the Report button at the top of the screen.
