Manage student online/asynchronous trainings

The platform administrator can monitor the status of the online/asynchronous trainings in which the student is enrolled and carry out certain actions, such as:

  • Re-enrolling the student in the training

  • Cancel the student's enrolment in the training

  • Changing the validity of the training for the student

  • Accessing the correct answers and the answers provided by the student in the knowledge assessment

  • Release the knowledge assessment so that the failed student can retake the test

  • Download the student's certificate

Instructions

  1. Click on Students in the main menu

  2. Search for the student in the search bars by name, CPF, code or e-mail (we recommend that the search be by registered e-mail)

  3. Click on Search

  4. Locate the student in the list

  5. Click on the Select option

  6. Click on the Training Enrollments option

The next screen displays all the trainings in which the student is enrolled, with the following statuses:

  • WAITING TO BEGIN: the student is enrolled in the training, but has not yet started it.

  • IN PROGRESS: the student has started the training, but has not yet completed it.

  • FAILED: the student has completed the training, but has not achieved the minimum mark in the knowledge assessment.

  • OKAY: the student has successfully completed the training.

  • EXPIRED: the training has expired before it was completed.

To manage the training, locate it in the list, click Select and choose one of the following options:

  • Student Re-enrollment: re-enrolls the student in training that has already been completed.

  • Delete: cancels the student's enrolment, deleting all progress.

  • Change the Validity: changes the validity of the training for the student.
    The Change Validity of All Enrolments button (first icon) allows you to change the validity of all trainings en masse.

  • Answer Key: displays the correct answers and the answers provided by the student in the knowledge assessment, if they have already answered them.

  • Trial Release: shows the student's progress in the modules. If the student has failed the knowledge assessment, click Select and the Release option to allow the student to retake the test.
    The Release all assessments button (first icon) allows you to release the assessments for all the modules listed en masse.

  • Download Certification: downloads the successful student's certificate.

In addition, the To Sort button (second icon) allows you to change the order in which the trainings are displayed to the student.

To enroll the student in more trainings, go to Enroll students in online/asynchronous trainings.
