Configure microlearning evaluation

Evaluation is a means of verifying student learning of the content provided in microlearning. Through it, you can check that students have understood and absorbed the knowledge presented, ensuring an effective evaluation of their learning.

Instructions

To register the questions for the microlearning evaluation, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Trainings on the main menu

2. Click on the submenu Microlearning

3. Search for the desired microlearning in the Research bar in the upper right corner

4. Click the name of the desired microlearning

5. Click the Questions button icon located above the listing

On the next screen, you can view the list of questions registered for the respective microlearning.

6. Click on the + New question button located in the upper right corner

7. Enter the question description in the Question field

8. Enter the description of the alternatives

9. Select the correct answer in the selection box of the alternatives

To insert new answer alternatives to the question, click on + Insert new alternative and follow steps 8 and 9.

To insert new questions in the assessment, click on + Insert new question and follow steps 7 to 9 for each question.

To delete an alternative or a question, click on the ✖ next to the desired alternative or question.

10. Click Save to register the question(s)

To edit a question, follow the steps below:

1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

2. Click on the Microlearning submenu

3. Search for the desired microlearning in the Research bar in the upper right corner

4. Click the name of the desired microlearning

5. Click the Questions button icon located above the listing

6. Search for the desired question in the Research bar in the upper right corner

7. Click on the icon ✎

8. Change the desired fields

9. Click Save to register the question editing

To delete a question, follow the steps below:

1. Click Trainings on the main menu

2. Click on the Microlearning submenu

3. Search for the desired microlearning in the Research bar in the upper right corner

4. Click the name of the desired microlearning

5. Click the Questions button icon located above the listing

6. Search for the desired question in the Research bar in the upper right corner

7. Click on the icon 🗑

8. Click Delete to register the deletion of the question
