Approve external student registration
In the student view of the Kubo platform, anyone with a link can request to register as a student.
To request registration, the student must access the platform's login page in the student view, click on Create the Registration, fill in the registration form and click on Register.
The administrator will be responsible for approving or disapproving these requests.
You can configure the system so that the student's registration is carried out automatically, without the need for manual intervention by the administrator. To do this, follow the steps below:
Click on Settings in the main menu
Check the box Automatic Release of External Registration
Click Save to register the changes.

When a registration request is made, the system will notify you in the External Registration Requests icon in the top bar of the platform.
Another way to check if there is a pending registration request is to follow the steps below:
Click on Students in the main menu
Click on the submenu External pending registration to go to the approval page
When you click on External Registration Requests in the top bar or enter the External pending registration submenu, the system will redirect you to the approval page.
The page will display the name of the student who made the request, their e-mail address, telephone number (if provided), company and profile.
To approve or disapprove the registration, follow the steps below:
Search for the student that you wish to approve or not approve the registration
Click on the Select option
Select the desired option, being:
To Change: to change the information filled in by the student.
Approve the Registration: to approve the student's registration.
Disable Registration: the student will not be able to access the platform, but his information will remain in the system.
Delete: to delete the student's registration request.
