Configure satisfaction survey for track

The purpose of the satisfaction survey is to measure the level of student satisfaction with the track, covering aspects such as content, format, teaching, etc.

Sections are used to group the questions, making them easier to organize. All the questions added to the section will be asked of the student during the survey.

Instructions

First, register the section:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the submenu Tracks

  3. Search for the desired track in the Research bar in the upper right corner

  4. Click on the Select option

  5. Click on the Customer Satisfaction Survey option in the list

  6. Click on the Sections button icon located in the upper right corner (second icon)

On the next screen, you can view the list of registered sections.

  1. Click on the To Register button icon located in the upper right corner

  2. Enter the section name in the Section field

  3. Click Save to register the section registration


Then register the question:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Tracks submenu

  3. Search for the desired track in the Research bar in the upper right corner

  4. Click on the Select option

  5. Click on the Customer Satisfaction Survey option in the listing

On the next screen, you will see a list of the questions registered for the track and their characteristics.

  1. Click on the To Register button located in the upper right corner (last icon)

  2. Fill in the fields, paying attention to the characteristics you want. Required fields are identified with asterisks (*)

  3. Click Save to register the question registration

The question will be displayed on all tracks.


Next, sort the registered questions:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Tracks submenu

  3. Search for the desired track in the Research bar in the upper right corner

  4. Click on the Select option

  5. Click on the Customer Satisfaction Survey option in the listing

  6. Click on the To Sort button icon located in the top right corner (first icon)

  7. Select the desired section in the Customer Satisfaction Survey field

  8. Drag the questions to reorder


Finally, enable the satisfaction survey:

  1. Click on Trainings in the main menu

  2. Click on the Tracks submenu

  3. Search for the desired track in the Research bar in the upper right corner

  4. Click on the Select option

  5. Click on the Customer Satisfaction Survey option in the listing

  6. Click on the Configuration button located in the upper right corner (third icon)

  7. Locate the desired section and check the Active option

All questions that were registered in the section will appear for the student.
