Manage student tracks

The platform administrator can monitor the status of the tracks in which the student is enrolled and carry out certain actions, such as:

  • Download the student's certificate

  • Changing the validity of the track for the student

  • Cancel the student's enrolment in the track

Instructions

  1. Click on Students in the main menu

  2. Search for the student in the search bars by name, CPF, code or e-mail (we recommend that the search be by registered e-mail)

  3. Click on Search

  4. Locate the student in the list

  5. Click on the Select option

  6. Click on the Enrollments Tracks option

The next screen displays all the tracks in which the student is enrolled, with the following statuses:

  • NOT STARTED: the student is enrolled in the track, but has not yet started it.

  • NOT FINISHED: the student has started the track, but has not yet finished it.

  • FINISHED: the student has successfully completed the track.

  • EXPIRED: the track has expired before it was completed.

To manage the track, locate it in the list, click Select and choose one of the following options:

  • Download Certification: downloads the successful student's certificate.

  • Change the Validity: changes the validity of the track for the student.
    The Change Validity of All Enrollments button (first icon) allows you to change the validity of all tracks en masse.

  • Delete: cancels the student's enrolment, deleting all progress.

In addition, the Sort Tracks button (fourth icon) allows you to change the order in which the tracks are displayed to the student.

To enroll the student in more tracks, go to Enroll students in tracks.
