Enroll students in tracks
Each student can be enrolled individually in one or more tracks. In addition, it is possible to enroll several students in several tracks en masse via spreadsheet import.
Instructions
To enroll a student in one or more tracks, follow the steps below:
Click on Students in the main menu
Click on the To List submenu
Search for the student in the search bars by name, CPF, code or e-mail (we recommend that the search be by registered e-mail)
Click on Search
Locate the student in the list, click on the Select option and click on the Enrollments Tracks option
On the next screen, it will be possible to view the list of track courses in which the student is enrolled. In Status, it is possible to verify if the track has not started, is in progress or if the student has passed or failed.
Click on the Enroll the Student button located in the upper right corner (third icon)
Fill in the expiration date in the Validity field, with the maximum time that the student will have to complete the track(s)
If there is no validity, leave the field blank. In this case, the standard validity will be used, according to the days configured in the Standard enrollment validity days field in the track registration.
Select the track you want to enroll the student in the Track field
If a track does not appear in the selection options, it is either inactive or the student is already enrolled on it.
Check the Send email box if you want the student to be notified of the enrollment by the registered e-mail
Click Save to register the student enrollment
If any chosen track is not part of the registered Student Profile, the platform will automatically not allow enrollment. In this case, you will need to change the student profile.
To enroll several students in one or more tracks, follow the steps below:
Click on Students from the main menu
Click on the To List submenu
Click the List All Students Enrollments button icon located in the upper right corner (first icon)
Click the Import Enrollment Track button icon located in the upper right corner (second icon)
Click on the Download CSV template button to download the template spreadsheet
Open the downloaded file
Fill in the columns with the information, as instructed below:
student_id (mandatory) | Enter the ID of the student. To check the student ID, follow the steps below:
The student ID is the number displayed in the ID column. |
student_code | Enter the student's internal code, if desired. |
track_id (mandatory) | Enter the ID(s) of the track(s) you wish to enroll the student in. To check the track ID, follow the steps below:
The track ID is the number displayed in the ID column. If the student needs to be enrolled in two or more tracks, separate the numbers by commas only. For example: 1,3,5,9. |
enrollment_validity | Enter the day, month, and year of the enrollment validity in the track(s), if you want, in the following format: 00/00/0000 If the field is left blank, the default validity will be used, according to the days configured in the Standard enrollment validity days field in the track registration. |

When importing student enrollments via the worksheet, students will be enrolled in the indicated tracks even if the student's profile and the profile registered for the track are different.
Save the spreadsheet on your computer
Return to the platform
Click on the Import CSV button
Locate and select the file
Link the spreadsheet columns to the corresponding fields on the platform if the names or order are different
Example
If the student code column in your spreadsheet is named Code, link this column to the student_code field.
Select which columns should be included in the registration
Click Submit on the platform to perform the import
On the next screen, you will be able to view the report of students enrolled through the spreadsheet import.
If the enrollment was successfully completed, an ID will be generated for each enrollment.
If there was an error with the enrollment, the report will indicate the error and the reason for the error.
