The modules are the structure of the training, where each module can cover a specific topic. All the modules together make up the complete training.
Each training must have at least one module.

Fill out the necessary fields, as instructed below:
Module (mandatory) | Enter the name of the module. |
Description (mandatory) | Enter a brief summary of what will be covered in the module. |
Select a file for the cover | Upload the image that will be displayed on the module card, respecting the accepted formats. If no image is entered, a default system cover will be assigned automatically. |
Type (mandatory) | Select the format of the content that will be covered in the module. Once selected, the corresponding field for inserting the file will be enabled:
For correct settings of the .zip file in Scorm content, follow the tutorial Configure the SCORM .zip file.
|
Minimum viewing time (mandatory) | Enter the amount of time that when the student opens the content, he or she is required to stay with the material open and consume it in the chosen time. In a module with PDF training with a minimum viewing time of 5 minutes, the student must keep the PDF open during this minimum time in order for the platform to consider the consumption of the content. For content whose Type is Video, we recommend that the minimum viewing time is 50% of the total length of the video, taking into account that the platform allows playback to be accelerated by up to 2x. For example, if a video has a total duration of 10 minutes, the minimum viewing time can be set to 5 minutes. |
Evaluation (mandatory) | Select the Apply option to apply evaluation to the module, or Not to apply if you do not want to apply it. If the module is intended exclusively for SCORM evaluation (created in Adobe Captivate), choose the Scorm Adobe Captivate option. For more information on configuring SCORM evaluations, visit Configure the SCORM .zip file. |
Instructor (mandatory) | Select the person responsible for the module and activity correction. |
Tutor email | Enter the corporate e-mail of the person responsible for every module, for questions and more information. |
Configuration evaluation | Select the Apply option to have the account settings applied, or the Not to apply option to enter these settings manually. |
Release for viewing (mandatory) | Select the Yes option to allow the module content to be executed in the marketplace, or the No option to prevent this. This option is recommended when you want to set up a demo of the training for the user. If the No option is selected in the Show on Marketplace field in the training record, the module will not be displayed in the marketplace, even if the Yes option is selected in this field. |
Activation (mandatory) | Select Enabled to register the module and make it available to students (if the trainings are published), or Disabled to register the module but not make it available to students. |
Select one or more complementary files to attach to the module | Upload the file(s) respecting the accepted formats (200mb per file). Attachments are auxiliary materials that complement the content. |
Click Save to register the module registration

If the video is already published on Vimeo or Panda Video, integration with Kubo is active and configured, and the video ID has been entered correctly, it will not be necessary to upload the file. Otherwise, follow the steps below to upload the video:
Select the file on your computer or drag it to the area indicated
Wait for it to load completely
Select the language of the video subtitles, if you wish to include them
Enter the subtitle for the video in txt format, according to the selected language
Use the standard subtitle format, indicating the start and end times for each segment. Example:
1
00:00:00.870 --> 00:00:01.560
Hello, everyone!
2
00:00:01.860 --> 00:00:04.520
I'm João and today I'm going to talk about
3
00:00:04.520 --> 00:00:06.600
a little bit about an upcoming update
4
00:00:07.460 --> 00:00:08.840
in this new version.
5
00:00:09.800 --> 00:00:13.400
This update is related to the behavior
6
00:00:13.480 --> 00:00:16.920
of certain systems when we analyze
7
00:00:17.480 --> 00:00:20.680
different types of settings and access.
8
00:00:21.830 --> 00:00:25.680
Until then, the operation of these systems
9
00:00:26.060 --> 00:00:30.120
depended on certain manual actions that were necessary
10
00:00:30.280 --> 00:00:32.120
to correctly set its permissions.
11
00:00:32.820 --> 00:00:36.360
With this change, the process will be more automated.
[and so on]
