Create, edit or delete work function

The work function refers to the position the student holds in the company.

Registering work functions and linking the student to one of them are optional. However, we recommend making this link when using the knowledge functionality for a more personalized and efficient self-assessment.

Instructions

To register a work function, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Students in the main menu

  2. Click on the Work Function submenu

  3. Click on the To Register button icon located in the top right corner

  4. In the Work Function field, fill in the name of the work function

  5. In the Mandatory training and Desirable training fields, select the trainings that will be part of the work function matrix, if desired

If the student is registered on the platform with a work function that has pre-configured trainings, they will automatically be enrolled in these trainings.

  1. In the Seniority field, select the seniority corresponding to the work function

To edit the seniority names, go to Edit seniority nomenclature.

  1. In the Status field, select Enabled to allow linking a student to the work function after registration, or Disabled so that the work function is registered but it is not possible to link a student to it

  2. Click Save to register the work function

To edit the registration or delete a work function, locate it in the list, click on the Select option, click on the To Change option and on the screen that opens:

  • To edit, change the desired fields and click Save.

  • To delete, click on the 🗑 icon located in the upper right corner.
