Create students en masse
Students can be registered in batches by importing them via a spreadsheet.
To register students individually, go to Create, edit or delete student.
To register students via integration, go to Create, edit or delete students via integration.
Instructions
To register students in bulk, follow the steps below:
Click on Students in the main menu
Click on the To List submenu
Click the Import button icon located in the upper right corner (third icon)
Click on the Download CSV template button to download the template spreadsheet
Open the downloaded file
Fill in the columns with the information, as instructed below:
first_name (mandatory) | Enter the student's first name. |
last_name (mandatory) | Enter the student's last name. |
cpf | Enter the student's 11-digit CPF number, if mandatory, as configured in the account settings. Only numbers, no special characters or spaces. |
student_code | Enter the student's internal code, if desired. |
phone | Enter the student's phone number, if desired. Only numbers, no special characters or spaces. |
mobile | Enter the student's mobile phone number, if desired. Only numbers, no special characters or spaces. |
company (mandatory) | Enter the student's company ID. To check the company ID, follow the steps below:
The company ID is the number displayed in the ID column. |
role | Enter the student's work function ID, if desired. To check the work function ID, follow the steps below:
The work function ID is the number displayed in the ID column. |
department | Enter the student's department ID, if desired. To check the department ID, follow the steps below:
The department ID is the number displayed in the ID column. |
profile (mandatory) | Enter the student's profile ID(s), separating them with commas. To check the student's profile ID, follow the steps below:
The student's profile ID is the number displayed in the ID column. |
university | Leave the field blank. |
nddigital | Leave the field blank. |
Enter the student's Facebook access link, if desired. | |
Enter the student's Instagram access link, if desired. | |
Enter the student's Gmail email address, if desired. | |
Enter the student's LinkedIn access link, if desired. | |
instructor | Enter the instructor's ID, if desired. To check the instructor ID, follow the steps below:
The instructor ID is the number displayed in the ID column. |
points | Leave the field blank. |
language (mandatory) | Enter the student's language code, as follows:

login (mandatory) | Enter the student's login email. |
password (mandatory) | Enter the student's password. When importing, the password is not automatically generated by the system, and it is mandatory to enter a password for each student. |
enable (mandatory) | Enter the enable number (1 or 0), where:

external | Enter the student registration type number (1 or 0), if desired, where:

training_view | Enter the student's training view type number (0, 1, or 2), if desired, where:

training_enrollment | Enter the ID(s) of the training(s) you want to enroll the student in at the time of registration, separating them with commas. To check the training ID, follow the steps below:

training_enrollment_validity | Enter the day, month, and year of the training enrollment validity, if desired, in the following format: 00/00/0000 |
track_enrollment | Enter the ID(s) of the track(s) you want to enroll the student in at the time of registration, separating them with commas. To check the track ID, follow the steps below:
The trail ID is the number displayed in the ID column. |
track_enrollment_validity | Enter the day, month, and year of the track(s) enrollment validity, if desired, in the following format: 00/00/0000 |
team | Enter the team ID, if desired. To check the team ID, follow the steps below:
If the menu is not visible, open a ticket to request activation. The sector ID is the number displayed in the ID column. |
manager | Enter the manager ID, if desired. To check the manager ID, follow the steps below:
The manager ID is the number displayed in the ID column. |
birth_date | Enter the day, month, and year of the student's birthday, if desired, in the following format: 00/00/0000 If the field is not visible in the student's record, open a ticket to request activation. |
hire_date | Enter the day, month, and year of the student's admission date, if you want, in the following format: 00/00/0000 If the field is not visible in the student's record, open a ticket to request activation. |
status | Enter, if applicable, the student's status ID, as registered in your environment's database. This field should only be filled in if your environment has this type of information. To obtain a list of available situation IDs, open a ticket. |
shift | Leave this field blank. |
send_email (mandatory) | Enter the email sending number (1 or 0), where:

address_complement | Enter a complement for the registration, if desired. If the field is not visible in the student's record, open a ticket to request activation. |
classroom_lesson_id | Enter the ID of the in-person training you want to link the student to, if desired. To check the training ID, follow the steps below:

classroom_presence | Enter the student's attendance number for the in-person training (1 or 0), if desired, where:

classroom_grade | Enter the student's score for the in-person training from 0 to 100, if desired. |
cost_center | Enter the student's cost center ID, if desired. To check the cost center ID, follow the steps below:
If the menu is not visible, open a ticket to request activation. The cost center ID is the number displayed in the ID column. |
cycle | Enter the student's cycle ID, if desired. To check the cycle ID, follow the steps below:
If the menu is not visible, open a ticket to request activation. The cycle ID is the number displayed in the ID column. |
specialty_id | Enter the ID(s) of the student's specialty(ies), separating them with commas. To check the specialty ID, follow the steps below:
The specialty ID is the number displayed in the ID column. |
Save the spreadsheet on your computer
Return to the platform
Click on the Import CSV button
Locate and select the file
Link the spreadsheet columns to the corresponding fields on the platform if the names or order are different
Example
If in your spreadsheet the column with the student's name is named Student, link this column to the first_name field.
Select which columns should be included in the registration
Click on Submit on the platform to perform the import
On the next screen, you can view the report of the students registered by importing via spreadsheet.
If the registration is successful, an ID will be generated for each student registered. The student will be notified of their registration by e-mail, according to the configuration established in the Student registration e-mail routine.
If there was an error with the registration, the error and the reason for the error will be informed in the ID column.
To change student data in bulk, follow the steps below:
Click on Reports in the main menu
Click on the Aluno Atualização report
Apply the desired filters
Click on the Generate report button
Click on the CSV button to download the report
In the downloaded spreadsheet, make the desired changes to student data, following the instructions in step 8 of the student registration
The only data that cannot be changed is the email (login column). The email is used to validate existing students during import.
If the email address is changed, the original registration will be maintained and a new registration will be created based on the new email address provided.
Save the spreadsheet on your computer
Return to the platform
Click on Students in the main menu
Click on the To List submenu
Click the Import button icon located in the upper right corner (third icon)
Click on the Import CSV button
Locate and select the file
Link the spreadsheet columns to the corresponding fields on the platform if the names or order are different
Example
If in your spreadsheet the column with the student's name is named Student, link this column to the first_name field.
Select which columns should be included in the registration
Click on Submit on the platform to perform the import
On the next screen, you can view the report of the students changed by importing via spreadsheet.
If the change was performed successfully, each student's ID and the changes made will be displayed.
If there was an error with the change, the error and the reason for the error will be reported in the ID column.
