Improvements
June 18, 2026 - Version 2.0.1
New features
New student dashboard menu (administrator view and student view)
We’ve implemented a new dashboard for students, bringing together strategic indicators that help them track their learning and development journey on the platform. By viewing their performance, students gain a clear understanding of their challenges and pending tasks, which helps boost their engagement.
The dashboard can be accessed by clicking on the student’s name and selecting the Dashboard option.
In this new section, students will have access to relevant information about their performance, progress, and participation on the platform, allowing a clearer view of their development.
Among the available indicators, the following stand out:
-
Mandatory Training Gauge: percentage of mandatory trainings completed.
-
General Training Gauge: percentage of trainings completed.
-
Expiring Soon: trainings with enrollments nearing expiration.
-
Mandatory Training Progress: percentage of progress for each mandatory training currently in progress.
-
Score and Levels: current level, total score, and quantity of trainings required to reach the next level.
-
Statistics Cards: displays 8 indicators:
-
Total number of completed trainings.
-
Total number of completed tracks.
-
Total number of completed microlearnings.
-
Total completed podcasts.
-
Average evaluation scores.
-
Total points in campaigns.
-
Total ongoing campaigns.
-
Total certificates.
-
-
Knowledge Chart: knowledge levels by topic, organized from lowest to highest proficiency.
We recommend enabling this indicator only when the knowledge feature is in use. -
Activities (Sidebar): Most recent interactions by all students related to gamification campaigns.
We recommend enabling this indicator only when the gamification feature is in use.
The Dashboard menu remains visible to the student at all times. To configure which indicators will be displayed, modify the Student Dashboard Cards field in the Settings > To List menu, as instructed at Configure account. We recommend selecting at least one indicator to display.
Changes made to the indicators apply only to the Dashboard menu.
New student home page option (administrator view and student view)
A new student dashboard can be set as the platform’s home page.
To perform the configuration, change the Index Dashboard field in the Settings > To List menu, as instructed at Configure account.
You can choose one of the three options below:
-
Index Section: displays the home page organized into sections. The student will view only the information configured for display via the Display in index field.
-
Index Dashboard: displays a panel with indicators and consolidated information on the student’s progress:
-
Percentage of mandatory trainings completed.
-
Percentage of trainings completed.
-
Trainings with enrollments nearing expiration.
-
Total number of training certificates, microlearnings, and webinars.
-
Ongoing trainings.
-
Training categories.
-
-
Delegate choice to student: allows each student to choose which view they want to use as their initial page: section or dashboard. Students can change this preference themselves in the My data menu, under the Home page section.
The indicators displayed in the Index Dashboard option are system defaults and cannot be changed.
Improvements
Improvements to the student password recovery process (student view)
We’ve implemented improvements to the password recovery process to make the experience more secure and intuitive.
Previously, when requesting a new password, the student received a random password generated by the system. Now, the process works as follows:
-
The student requests a password reset
-
The system sends an email containing a link to reset the password
The link expires in 10 minutes. -
By accessing the link, the student can set a new password of their choice
The password must be 8 or more characters long and include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one special character.
After setting the new password, the student can access the platform as usual.
This improvement enhances the safety of the process and offers greater convenience to students, who can now set their own passwords without relying on temporary credentials sent by the system.
