NEW | New options for sending emails to students and new customized workflows
Location: Kubo System > Settings > Email Routines
Starting with this version, new options are available for customizing the platform’s email routines. Previously, it was already possible to customize the content of some messages sent by the system; however, the email subject line remained fixed. Now, in addition to customizing the content, the Administrator can also set a customized subject for each routine.
In addition, we’ve introduced new email routines—which previously used only the system’s default model. Now, each routine can be enabled or disabled individually, depending on the organization’s needs. These new routines were created to promote student engagement and increase the success rate of training programs through reminders.
The available routines are:
Training completion: sends an email when a user completes a training course;
Path completion: sends an email when a user completes a learning path;
Remind users with progress below 25%: sends an email when a user has less than 25% progress in a training course and has already exceeded 50% of the enrollment validity period;
Student assessment grading: sends an email when a user’s assessment, which contains essay questions, is graded;
Student inactive for 15 days: sends an email when a student has not logged in to the platform for 15 days.
With this update, Administrators now have greater control over automated communications, allowing them to enable or disable each routine as needed and customize both the content and subject lines of emails sent to users.

NEW | New card available on the Administrator's initial dashboard
Location: Kubo System > Initial Screen
We have added a new card to the Administrator’s initial dashboard, allowing you to view the quantity of students with enrollments that do not have a defined expiration date and have not yet been approved.
In addition, the Administrator can click the View Report button to access a detailed list and identify which enrollments belong to the students shown in the indicator.
Here is an example image of the new card:
This improvement is intended to make it easier to track these registrations and to allow faster action to bring the records into compliance.
