Improvements

Content filter by category (student view)

We have added a filter by category in the student view, positioned above the search field.

When you select a category, the system will automatically display all content linked to it, making it easier to navigate and locate materials related to the chosen topic. This way, students can filter items that refer to only one category.

Improved usability of the internal online training screen (student view)

We have made improvements to the usability of the internal online training screen. Now, several actions are updated automatically, without the need to reload the page or for the student to take any action.

These actions include:

• Updating the status of modules/training: students no longer need to save their progress manually, as it will be automatically recorded by LXP itself;

• Automatic release of the certificate, satisfaction assessment, and knowledge assessment tabs upon completion of the tasks preceding these items.

These improvements provide a more fluid and efficient navigation for students.

The Save Progress button remains available on the screen so that the student can use it manually if they prefer. However, the system automatically saves every 5 minutes or whenever it identifies that the time configured in the module has been reached.

Addition of the To List submenu in main menus (administrator view)

We have added the To List submenu to the following main menus:

• Administration

• Students

• Knowledge

• Settings

This improvement facilitates navigation for the administrator.
