New features

Knowledge management (administrator view and student view)

Self-assessment of knowledge allows administrators to obtain detailed information on students' level of knowledge in different areas. This tool provides fundamental data for strategic decisions on training, such as:

  • Identification of critical knowledge: determines which areas need immediate attention for training and knowledge dissemination.

  • Mapping content gaps: helps to identify which knowledge still needs to be converted into educational content and media.

  • Assertive investment: identifies who needs to be trained, allowing objective actions and better management of corporate education costs.

  • Identifying talent: through mapping, employees who hold knowledge are clearly identified and can be converted into specialists who disseminate expertise.

  • Strategic targeting: bases decisions on concrete data, allocating efforts to areas that directly impact the operation.

The features available for the new functionality are:

  • Skills: structures and organizes knowledge, facilitating segmentation and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Knowledge: topics assessed by students, organized into levels (macro or micro) for greater precision.

  • Self-assessment of knowledge: allows students to carry out self-assessments at any time or before and/or after trainings, tracks or campaigns, generating valuable insights into students' current knowledge and the effectiveness of the training carried out.

  • Strategic indicators: made available through interactive dashboards and detailed reports.

For more information on how to configure the functionality, go to Managing knowledge.

Administrator preview of evaluations (administrator view)

Administrators can now view the questions in a training evaluation directly in the administrator's view, without having to access a student's login. The aim is to preview before releasing the evaluation to students.

With usability in mind, the View Evaluation button has been added to the administrator interface, located in the list of options for a training module, making the process simpler, faster and more efficient.

For more information on how to view the evaluation, go to Configure evaluation of the online/asynchronous training module.
