New features
Definition of the store language and currency used in the marketing of training on the marketplace (administrator view and student view)
We have implemented a new feature in the marketplace that allows you to set the language of the external store, offering greater flexibility and adaptation to the target audience. The available languages are:
Portuguese (BR)
English (US)
English (GB)
Spanish (ES)
The configuration can be done in the Marketplace > Configuration > Homepage menu.
This update ensures a more appropriate experience for users from different regions and expands the possibilities for using the platform. If another language is required for your operation, the activation request must be made by opening a ticket.
In addition to setting the language, it is now also possible to set the currency to be used in the external store. The available currencies are:
Real Brazilian (BRL)
Dollar (USD)
Euro (EUR)
Pound (GBP)
The configuration can be done in the Marketplace > Configuration > Payment menu.
Improvements
New columns in the “General In-person/Synchronous Training” report (administrator view)
We have added two new columns to the General In-person/Synchronous Training report:
QR Code Attendance IP
QR Code Attendance Time
This information is automatically recorded when the student confirms their attendance using the QR Code, which functions as a digital signature. This brings more safety and traceability to the attendance confirmation process, in addition to providing additional data that can be used in audits, proving identified access.
Optimization of spreadsheet import on the platform (administrator view)
We have improved the spreadsheet import process, making it more flexible, intuitive, and secure.
Previously, it was mandatory to use only the model provided by the platform for the import to work correctly. Now, in addition to still being able to download and use the template provided, the system allows you to:
Import external spreadsheets, even if they do not follow the default model, as long as the columns are mapped correctly.
Manually select the target columns from your own spreadsheet, indicating which fields in the spreadsheet correspond to the information required by the system (doing a “from-to” of the information).
View which fields are mandatory, ensuring that essential information is filled in correctly.
Preview the data, displaying real examples from the uploaded spreadsheet, allowing the user to confirm that they have selected the correct columns before importing.
When the user chooses to use the official model, the system will automatically recognize the columns, making the process even faster.
