New features

New indicator on the knowledge dashboard (administrator view)

We have implemented the Participation by grades x knowledge indicator, which shows the relationship between students' self-assessment and the mapped macro knowledge and skills.

Now, administrators can view the distribution of scores (from level 1 to level 4) for each knowledge or skill in a graphical format, quickly identifying which areas have the best or worst evaluations. The filter by score also allows you to make visual selections, considering, for example, audiences that require training (scores 1 to 2) and specialists (score 4).

It is also possible to export the data for detailed analysis of the graph's composition. By clicking on To Export, the system generates an Excel file, allowing you to see, for example, which students have a score of 1 in each knowledge area. It is possible to analyze and validate the data that make up the graph, but also to immediately obtain a clear view of the people who need training. The excerpts facilitate the planning of educational actions and enable the corporate education team to act more assertively.

The exported report also includes the expected score for each student, based on the configured knowledge matrix (by work function, seniority, and specialty), facilitating comparison between the current score and the expected score for that person.

Example:

An analyst with a self-assessment score of 1 and an expected score of 3 is eligible to participate in training on that knowledge.

This update facilitates more assertive decision-making for specific development actions.

New features

Selector for covers, attachments and SCORM/PDF content in modules and trainings (administrator view)

We have implemented a selector that allows you to define which content will be displayed to the user. With this functionality, it is possible to:

  • View the content without having to open the file.

  • Download the material.

  • Delete files more conveniently.

This new function makes it easier to manage and organize content within trainings.


Configuration of login integrations and new SAML integration (administrator view)

Login integration settings can be managed directly from the administrator's Settings menu. We've added a new field called SSO Type, with three options:

  • Disabled: uses the system's default login and password.

  • OAuth: allows integration with third-party logins, such as Google and Microsoft.

  • SAML: enables corporate login via SSO.

Improvements

Change in the unit of measurement for storage on the server and in the video player (administrator view)

Our contracts are managed through the consumption of contracted slots. To optimize the management process for administrators, the initial dashboard now shows the unit of measurement for storage in GB, providing a clearer and more intuitive view of the space used.

We emphasize the importance of observing the other indicators for proper contract management and billing (including control of excess students).

This change makes it easier to understand storage consumption on the server and on Vimeo.
