New features
FAQ - Frequently asked questions (administrator view and student view)
We have added the FAQ feature to the system, the aim of which is to facilitate self-service for students by means of questions and answers previously registered by the administrator. The administrator will be able to create the questions and answers section according to the most recurrent themes in his or her assistance to students.
Student view: access is simple: the student must click on their profile picture and then select the FAQ option. The system will display the questions and answers according to the language configured for the student.
Administrator view: to register or edit the content of the FAQ, the administrator must access the Settings > FAQ menu. The list screen will show all the questions already registered. In the top right-hand corner, the following actions are possible:
Register new questions by filling in the following fields:
Question title
Language (for multilingual customization)
Answer (with the possibility of formatting)
Define the order in which the items are displayed
Examples of topics:
How do I issue my certificate?
How do I know which training courses are mandatory?
How do I update my knowledge and skills?
What is the minimum viewing time for a video?
We recommend using the FAQ to promote greater autonomy for students in your learning environment, contributing to a reduction in support calls and optimizing the use of the platform.
Improvements
Improved track dashboard filter (administrator view)
The track dashboard now allows the dynamic selection of a start and end period, offering more flexibility in data analysis.
Previously, the filter was limited only to the choice of year and month, but with this update, administrators can view the data with much more precision and customization according to the desired interval.
