New features
Linking knowledge to the students' work function (administrator view and student view)
Self-assessment of knowledge is even more personalized and efficient! We have implemented the functionality of linking knowledge to the students' work function, allowing you to map which knowledge is mandatory or desirable for each function.
With this new feature:
Students will have more clarity about which knowledge is essential for their work function and which they need to develop.
Administrators will be able to monitor, using indicators, the knowledge with the greatest gaps or low evaluations, making it possible to create new courses and gamified campaigns for improvement.

Student's self-assessment
To set up this new feature, go to Link knowledge to the students' work function.

Improvements
New enrollment list button on the student dashboard (administrator view)
Now, on the student dashboard, we've added a List enrollments button to each indicator.
Example:
If the student has two expired enrollments, when clicking on the List enrollments button for the Expired indicator, the system automatically redirects to the enrollment listing screen, with a filter already applied to display only the expired enrollments. This allows the administrator to update the validity of enrollments more quickly and efficiently.

Example of a student's dashboard
This update makes it easier to manage enrollments by student, providing quicker access to the relevant information.
Multiple selection in the student enrollment list (administrator view)
We have implemented the multiple selection option in the student registration list, allowing you to:
Update the validity of multiple enrollments simultaneously.
Delete multiple enrollments at once.

Multiple enrollment selection
This update eliminates the need to perform these actions manually, enrollment by enrollment, making the process more agile and efficient.
Improved encryption of stored passwords (administrator view and student view)
We have improved the security of passwords stored in the database with new Argon2 encryption technology. This update strengthens the protection of user data, ensuring greater security against unauthorized access.
The implementation does not impact or modify user operation of the platform.

New features
New indicator in the student and training dashboards (administrator view)
We've added a new indicator to the student and training dashboards, called Average Stay per Module. This indicator is calculated by adding up the total time the student spent in each module and dividing by the number of modules.

Average stay per module indicator
From this data, it is possible to see the average time students spend in each module, helping to analyze engagement and optimize content.
Creation of a queue option for in person trainings (administrator view and student view)
The system now has a waiting queue for students who wish to take part in person trainings that have already reached the limit of places.
The student makes the request as normal and is informed that their registration has been forwarded to the queue.
In the administrator panel, the list of participants now has a new column called Type, indicating whether the student is registered or on the waiting list.
The administrator can authorize a student to join the waiting list by clicking on Add student.
This update makes it easier to manage registrations and allows better control of participation in person trainings.
Improvements
New options for sending e-mail from the platform (administrator view)
Now, when you register a new e-mail to be sent on the platform via the Contact menu, you can specify certain conditions for sending it. This implementation allows greater control and automation when communicating with students on the platform. Below are the new conditions for sending e-mails:
Profile selection: allows you to choose groups of people based on their profiles, facilitating segmented sending.
Example:
If there are several students with the Support N2 profile, you can register a new contact and select that profile.
When you save, the system will automatically send an e-mail to all the students who have this settings, making it easier to communicate with specific groups.
Send schedule: allows you to set a date and time for the automatic e-mail to be sent.

New features
Evaluation by stars (administrator view and student view)
In the student view, we have implemented an evaluation system with a scale of 1 to 5 stars, allowing the student to evaluate trainings, tracks, podcasts and microlearnings.

Example of evaluation 4 in a training
We have also made the Content Evaluation report available so that administrators can view the evaluations made by students and take action if any educational action gets a lower evaluation than expected.
Schedule for making the webinar recording available and removing it (administrator view)
We've added four new fields to the webinar record, allowing you to schedule when the recording will be made available and/or removed:
Entry date
Entry time
Removal date
Removal time

New fields in the webinar record
The system will only display the recording for the period of time compatible with the registered and current entry date and time, also taking into account the removal date and time not yet reached.
If these fields are not filled in, the recording will remain available without restrictions.
