New features
Generation of knowledge indicators by managers (student view)
We have implemented the My team feature, which increases managers' visibility within Kubo. With this new feature, users with a manager profile, in their student view, now have centralized access to the knowledge indicators of their direct and indirect subordinates.
This improvement offers greater clarity and agility in team management, allowing managers to easily monitor team results and make more assertive decisions in skill development.

Control of the knowledge self-assessment completion period (administrator view)
We have implemented a new feature that allows you to set a start date and an end date for displaying the Update knowledge button in the student view.
With this update, the organization now has greater flexibility and control over when students can take their self-assessments, ensuring alignment with the competency management strategy.
The display rules are:
If both dates are blank, the Update knowledge button will always be available to students.
If both dates are filled in, the Update knowledge button will only be available to students during the configured period.
If the start date is blank and the end date is filled in, the Update knowledge button will be available to students until the configured date.
If the start date is filled in and the end date is blank, the Update knowledge button will be available to students from the configured date, with no end date.

Configuration of periodic emails to managers for the generation of knowledge indicators (administrator view)
We have implemented a feature that automates the periodic sending of emails to managers, containing direct links to generate reports on their team's knowledge indicators.
It is possible to define the frequency of the emails (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) and choose which indicators will be sent. If more than one indicator is selected, the manager will receive a separate email for each report.
The content of the email is simple and objective, presenting a direct link that directs the manager to the system login screen. After authentication, the corresponding report opens automatically, with filters applied according to the defined frequency.
This update provides greater convenience and regularity in monitoring self-assessments and knowledge indicators, facilitating the continuous monitoring of team development.
