New Features
My Team Feature
We have implemented the “My Team” feature, which increases managers' visibility within Kubo Skills. With this new feature, users with a manager profile now have centralised access to the knowledge indicators of their direct and indirect employees.
This improvement offers greater clarity and agility in team management, allowing managers to easily monitor team results and make more assertive decisions in skills development.
Self-Assessment Completion Control (Kubo)
Kubo Skills now has a new feature - Self-assessment completion control - which allows the administrator to set a specific period for students to complete their knowledge self-assessment.
With this new feature, it is possible to set a start date and an end date for the self-assessment button to be displayed.
The display rules are:
No dates set: the button remains available at all times;
Start and end dates in effect: the button is only displayed within the configured period;
End date only set: the button is displayed until the deadline;
Start date only set: the button is displayed from the configured date, with no end date.
Knowledge Notification (Kubo)
Through the new knowledge notification feature, Kubo Skills now allows periodic emails to be sent to managers, making it easier to track the progress of their teams. These emails include direct links to selected dashboards, optimising access to information.
This feature can be configured by the administrator in the Knowledge > Settings menu, where it is possible to define:
The frequency of emails (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly or Annual);
Which dashboards will be included in the emails.
