New features
Sharing trainings between students (administrator view and student view)
It is now possible to make trainings shareable, allowing students themselves to quickly and easily promote courses to other students. This feature increases content visibility and encourages engagement.
For customers using the marketplace, this new feature facilitates the use of direct links when promoting content for sale.
How it works from the administrator's view
In the settings for each training course, simply select the Shareable option as Yes to enable the feature.
How it works from the student's view
When accessing a training course configured as shareable, the student will view the To share button on the course page. When clicked, the training link will be automatically copied, ready to be sent to other students.
Those who receive the link will view a preview of the training, including information such as name, summary (cover and description), and a list of modules with descriptions. On this screen, the student can:
If already registered on the platform: click on Access training and enter the platform. Enrollment is automatic, provided that all rules are met.
If they are not registered on the platform: click on To Register to request registration, which must be manually approved by the administrator. After approval and login, enrollment is automatic, provided that all rules are met.
Enrollment validation rules
The system automatically checks:
Whether the student's profile is compatible with the training.
Whether training release is automatic. In case of manual release, the administrator will need to approve it.
Whether the training is active.
Whether the training is within the current display period.
New payment gateway integrated into the marketplace (administrator view)
We have added a new payment gateway option to the marketplace, focusing on international sales. The platform now features Stripe integration, expanding payment options with more flexibility and safety for global transactions, in addition to the Brazilian alternatives already available (Cielo and Asaas).
With Stripe, the marketplace now accepts currencies such as the euro, dollar, and 133 other international currencies, facilitating sales to customers abroad.
The new gateway configuration can be performed directly on the payment methods screen, where Stripe already appears as an available option.
To activate this integration, contact our support team via a ticket, and our team will assist you throughout the configuration and activation process.
Improvements
Optimization of training cards and tracks (student view)
We have made improvements to the display of training and track cards to make the information clearer, more complete, and more accessible to students. The cards are now standardized in size, offering a more organized aesthetic for the catalogs.
The cards now visually display whether or not the training issues a certificate. In addition, a new icon identifies, directly on the card, when the training is mandatory for the student.
When you hover your mouse over the training or track cards, a balloon appears showing relevant data:
Training description
Duration
Information about certificate issuance
Associated categories
If the student is not yet enrolled, the See more information button directs them to a training preview screen, where they can consult:
Training name
Summary (cover and description)
List of modules, with their respective descriptions
These optimizations offer a more fluid, intuitive, and informative experience, allowing students to learn more about the content before enrolling.
Optimization of marketplace course cards (student view)
We have improved the marketplace browsing experience with a new interaction on training cards. Now, when hovering over a card, the user views an information bubble with additional details about the training, as well as a button to add it directly to the cart.
This update makes the purchase process faster, more intuitive, and simplified, reducing steps and facilitating the user's decision.
