Overview

Comprehensive operational reports

The reports provide detailed information on students, trainings, tracks, satisfaction surveys and much more. From general data to specific information, the reports offer a complete overview of how the platform works.

Customizable queries

Customizable queries allow users to generate even more personalized reports on certain subjects. This functionality offers the flexibility to analyze data according to specific needs, making it possible to obtain insights tailored to each situation.

Data exploration and export

Once the report has been generated, users can explore the information directly in the browser. In addition, reports can be exported to formats such as CSV and Excel, making it easier to analyze and share the data.


Instructions

To issue an operational report, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Reports in the main menu

  2. Click on the desired report in the REPORTS list
    The available reports are:

Student management reports
1. Consumption Check

Allows you to track the quantity of active students on the platform, providing a consolidated view by company, category, profile, sector, work function, manager, and cost center, where applicable.

This report is particularly useful for monitoring license usage, conducting administrative analyses, and tracking the distribution of users within the organization.

Available filters:

  • Start period;

  • End period;

  • Company;

  • Category;

  • Profile;

  • Department;

  • Work function.

2. Aluno Atualização

Allows you to export the database of students registered on the platform to perform bulk updates.

This report is used when there is a need to change or supplement student registration information, enabling data adjustments and subsequent reimportation into the system.

Available filters:

  • Company;

  • Status;

  • Student cpde;

  • Start period;

  • End period;

  • Profile;

  • Department;

  • Work function.

3. Student Registration

Allows you to monitor students registered on the platform, providing an overview of existing records in the system.

This report is used to view and verify student registration data, supporting management, control, and monitoring of the database.

Available filters:

  • Company;

  • Status;

  • Student code;

  • Start period;

  • End period;

  • Profile;

  • Department;

  • Work function.

4. Student Webinar

Allows you to view information about students who participated as viewers in webinars held on the platform.

This report is used to track student participation in live events, supporting engagement analysis and attendance tracking.

Available filters:

  • Webinar.

5. Student Enrolls Training

Allows you to track student enrollments in trainings available on the platform.

This report is used to see which students are enrolled in specific trainings, supporting participation tracking and enrollment management.

Available filters:

  • Training;

  • Company;

  • Student;

  • Profile;

  • Department;

  • Work function;

  • Start period;

  • End period.

6. Student Modules

Allows you to track students’ status and progress in training modules, including time spent.

This report is used to analyze students’ progress through the content, supporting the monitoring of engagement and progress in the trainings.

Available filters:

  • Start period;

  • End period;

  • Search by registration date or completion date;

  • Company;

  • Profile;

  • Student;

  • Department;

  • Work function;

  • Training.

7. Student Completion Percentage

Allows you to track the ratio of enrolled to completed students, presenting the results as a percentage per training.

This report is used to analyze the completion rate of trainings and support the monitoring of student participation and performance.

Available filters:

  • Start period;

  • End period;

  • Company;

  • Student;

  • Profile;

  • Department;

  • Work function;

  • Training.

8. Student Percentage Of Track Completion

Allows you to track the ratio of enrolled to completed students, presenting the results as a percentage per track.

This report is used to analyze the completion rate of training tracks and support the monitoring of student engagement and performance.

Available filters:

  • Start period;

  • End period;

  • Company;

  • Student;

  • Profile;

  • Department;

  • Work function;

  • Track.

9. Student Status By Modules

Allows you to track the status, progress, and duration of each student’s participation in training modules.

This report is used for detailed progress analysis, supporting individual monitoring of student performance and engagement.

Available filters:

  • Training;

  • Module;

  • Start period;

  • Final period;

  • Company;

  • Profile;

  • Department;

  • Work function.

10. Student Lenght of Stay

Allows you to track students’ time spent in training, with a view organized by monthly period.

This report is used to analyze student engagement over time, supporting evaluations of participation and platform usage.

Available filters:

  • Company;

  • Student;

  • Active;

  • Start period;

  • End period;

  • Profile;

  • Department;

  • Role.

11. Student Terms of Use

Allows you to track students’ compliance with the terms of use on the platform.

This report is used for control, compliance, and monitoring purposes regarding users’ acceptance of the terms.

Available filters:

  • Company;

  • Start period;

  • End period;

  • Profile;

  • Department;

  • Work function.

12. Student Training

Allows you to view the trainings associated with students registered on the platform.

This report is used to identify which trainings are linked to each student, supporting management, monitoring, and verification of links.

Available filters:

  • Start period;

  • End period;

  • Training;

  • Company;

  • Student;

  • Department;

  • Work function;

  • Profile;

  • Active registration;

  • Student code.

13. Unenrolled Students

Allows you to identify students who are not enrolled in any training on the platform.

This report is used to support engagement actions, training planning, and monitoring student participation in training.

Available filters:

  • Company;

  • Profile;

  • Department;

  • Work function.

  1. Next to it, enter the information for the mandatory filters and, if you wish, the optional filters, in order to make your report even more refined

  2. Click on Generate report


To issue a customizable query report, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on Customizable queries in the main menu

  2. Choose the type of topic you want and click Generate report

  3. Click on the desired tab to issue a specific report on that subject

  4. Below, enter the information for the mandatory filters and, if you wish, the optional filters, in order to make your report even more refined

  5. Click on Generate report


A new browser tab will open with the generated report.

In the report, you can:

  • Search for more specific information in the Research bar located in the upper right corner.

  • Sort the columns in ascending or descending order by clicking on the title of the column you wish to sort.

  • Export the report in CSV and/or Excel, by clicking on the buttons located in the upper left corner.

If, when downloading and opening reports in CSV format in Excel, words with accents are replaced by symbols or special characters, go to Special characters in accented words in CSV reports for help in resolving the problem.
