Configure the platform for the first time

This guide presents the recommended sequence for starting to use the Kubo platform, from initial registration to creating an online training and enrolling students.

  1. Register student profiles

The first step is to plan the platform's profile structure.

  • Will a single profile be used for all students?

  • Will each area, work function, or unit have a specific profile?

This definition directly impacts how students will be organized in the system and the training they will have access to.

  1. Register online training and their modules

Register at least one online training to enable enrollment.

Structure the training modules according to the desired content.

  1. Register companies

Define the company structure within the system.

You can register as many companies as necessary, according to the organization's needs.

  1. Register students

With the profiles and companies defined, register the students who will have access to the platform.

  1. Enroll students in training

Complete the process by enrolling students in the previously registered training.


After following these steps, the platform will be ready for use, with students organized and training available to start immediately.
