What is the difference between duplicating and replicating content?

The main difference between duplicating and replicating is the environment where the content will be created and the types of content supported.

  • Duplicate: creates new content in the same environment, using existing content as a basis. This is possible with: online training, in-person training, and tracks.

  • Replicating: creates a copy of content in a different environment, a feature available to customers who have more than one environment. This is possible with: online training, in-person training, microlearning, and podcasts.

In both cases, you can adjust only the necessary information without having to re-enter everything from scratch, saving time and effort.
